I should have received a package today, I activated notifications to have more control when receiving it, however they sent me a notification that in a first attempt they could not contact me and would leave it for another day.?????, they never knocked my irresponsible door.

I have contacted the UPS Customer Center responsible for my package at 13640 Springfield Blvd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 to no avail. I have reason to believe the item (an Apple iphone was stolen by a driver) and want to file a complaint.Hopefully they are fired and the whole place investigated. I used to work for FedEx and that’s how they handled it (union or no union a thief is a thief).On Thursday 1/4/24 I was supposed to get the delivery. I tracked the package *ALL DAY* from around 10am till 10pm Around 10pm the tracking app showed the truck about 2 blocks south of my house and then they returned to the base/hub.I figured they were not able to deliver the package due to too many stops and that I'd get it the next day.When I looked on the app again it said “We’re sorry the package has experienced a sortation delay. The package has been rerouted to the correct destination.” The same exact situation another reviewer said happened to her with this same exact UPS center/hub. In the review below mine (very recently).Immediately I noticed a pattern and things are not adding up.The next day, Friday 1/5/24 I called that Springfield Gardens location at ***4811400 and a man I spoke to checked and said something to the effect of “The package seems to be still in the trailer or box and will be offloaded around midnight”. I figured “Damn I have to wait another day”.Today Saturday 1/6/24 The tracking is still saying the exact same thing. I called the customer center at Springfield gardens *AGAIN* to see if I could pick the item up and a lady (not helpful at all) referred me to the 1-800 number because “they’re the only ones that could help me with that”. I called them and they referred me to the UPS my choice app which does not give me the option to have the item held at the sorting facility even though the lady I spoke to said that “yes people do come and pick up their packages from here.”On Monday 1/8/ 24 If the item is not out for delivery by 11am I will file a complaint as my gut instinct and all the details I’ve mentioned lead me to believe this phone was stolen by the delivery driver and others might be in on this scam too (inside job). There is a pattern of employees at this specific location using the same tactics to do it.I have already notified Apple and will follow up with them Monday evening 1/8/24 so they can start their investigation (and they will track down the thief) as I have to wait 3 business days from when the item was supposed to be delivered.If I'm wrong (which I hope I am, but my gut instinct says otherwise), I will update or delete this review.

They are thieves!! I ordered a phone from apple and it was shipped through ups and this facility lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t. I asked for a replacement and was issued one from apple, unfortunately they sent it through UPS again and this same facility keeps saying there’s a sortation delay. They say it’s out for delivery and when it reaches 9pm they bring up a random issue that results in UPS telling me I have to wait for another delivery date. I haven’t received my phone and it’s been 2 weeks, this place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. The amount of thieves are insane, I can’t believe UPS is allowing this. Please shut this establishment down or at least fire the thieves disguised as drivers. If I could give it 0 stars I would, I just want people to know that this place is going to give you hell.

Place closes at 2:00 p.m. and reopens at 3:00 p.m. kind of crazy that UPS would allow this

The laziest drivers…. I had scheduled pick up and they came to my apartment leave the label on my door and didn’t ring my bell and called that a attempted to pick up. I am 8 months pregnant with heavy returns that these lazy drivers never pick up and I’m not able to drop off and their customer service isn’t much of a help …… Lazy lazy lazy

Easy access, has parking, sometimes busy but it's efficient. I'd say it's easier to package your things using before bringing it to customer service this way you can just drop it off.

I was warned by many people that this location has delivery drivers with a tendency of stealing so I did many pickups in person to prevent that.Today was the day the driver runs off with my package after running off with my neighbor’s packages as well.Super classless, and I have the camera footage backing it up.
