Small package that doesn't need a signature: UPS Logic- dont leave between screen door and try again. This is really ridiculous. Thats why usps is better.

UPS SUCKS!!!!!! This company needs to be shut down for good! They are irresponble, lazy work a** workers who couldn't give a rat's a** of customer service! The company does not deserve even one star. I have ordered things online and most of my packages always stay with them for more than 10days and I have not received any notice on my door saying they were there. A couple of times my packages seems as if it was thrown over my gate when they could have came to the front door and knower or use the doorbell. They are a horrible company and UPS NEEDS TO BE CLOSED FOREVERRRRRR!

While I did get a little heartburn over a miss-delivered box from this location intended for my daughter in Kew Gardens, there were some folks, particularly Lynnette, at this facility who never gave up on the situation and made sure the box was found and delivered properly. So 5 stars for her and her persistence. A happy ending to a sticky situation :)

Worst customer service ever!!!! I was rudely hung up on by the supervisor after I was upset that they delayed my package and I paid for 2 day express mail. When I asked the agent to speak to the supervisor she rudely said she was. So I asked if there was someone else I speak to she rudely said no. Then she went on to tell me I'm not the person that's on the package when it's clearly me and she's was like well I can't help you and hung up. When I try to call back the supervisor that she claimed she was answered the phone without saying anything and put me on hold. She did that a total of three times. So because of that I called corporate and made a complaint. I hope this matter gets resolved and I hope she gets some type of displinary action. Cause I've never been so disrespected by an employee. And trust and believe I will be following up with this issue.
