“First, this is a 10 star review! I needed to upgrade my vehicle to tow my new camper. I am going in a week, so it had to had to happen quickly. I went to Springville Ford where had I have already purchased two brand new vehicles, 2019 Escape and a 2022 Ecosport. Both cars were awesome but, it is service that keeps me coming back. They took care of me not only during the purchase, but It is the service on my cars. Very fair prices. The staff were Always so Nice and more and importantly they cared. They took the time each time, to make sure I was getting not just what I wanted but what I needed. Oh by the way I now have a FORD Maverick Truck! They are the Best Dealership I have ever worked with. Needless to say I will stay with them for the rest of my time as a car owner. Thank you again springville Emerling FORD!!!!!!!!!”

“Huge shoutout to the service department. Took my Wrangler in for an e brake cable needed to pass inspection. Turns out the technician made a mistake previously when looking it over ( and no fault to him, we are all human here) and the cable wasn’t the issue but instead a much cheaper solution that was realized after the new cable was installed. What is most important here is the integrity of the service department. They could have easily chosen to eat the cost of the cheaper parts and labor instead and I would have never known the difference and would have had the same desired outcome however they were honest and upfront . That speaks volumes of what kind of company they are and what to expect when you deal with them.”

“Kyle and his crew were VERY helpful. They took us at 5:50 and were incredibly patient. I had a flat tire and a long commute home so the spare tire was not the best option for me.
