They are thieves without masks they charged me two times for same check it was 5 short when it the bank 21.00 check cost me 78. So I went to bank gave a check to hold till money was in my other bank for 66.00 to make a zero bal.. then 17.00 went in acct 7 days later they charged 15 for being overdrawn extended but they held my check thieves I say thrives

Google and ccb website “updated”Holliday closing hours were wrong. We Wasted 40mins of our time driving to a closed bank. Then when I called them (while In the parking lot) they answered and said sorry they were closed, come Back tomorrow. That’s one star service for ya!

Very friendly and cooperative but they consistantly close hours early no matter what the hours say online. The amount of times Ive tried to go around 2:30-3 and some days they are still open no problem. Then other days it says online they close at four or five but it's 3 and no lights are on and nobody is there ??♀️

Honestly been with then for over 15 years and I don't know why. To this day this place has been a run down dump. Either the ATM is down , the tube system. Lights. They just don't care.

I went to this bank today trying to get American Money exchanged for Canadian. I was told they had what I needed - but because I did not have an account there they could not help me. I will never have an account there. How hard would it have been to exchange $100.00 for Canadian? You will not attract new customers with that attitude. A neighboring bank, where I didn't have an account, made the exchange with no problem.

Have been happy with this bank for 6 years, but since they changed to new system, and new posting without following Federal regulations on notifications, or really anything else... I won't be recommending it to anyone ever again. Glad my friends who didn't switch on my recommendations dodge the bullet. They changed to what they are calling "real-time posting" which basically means they will count all pending pre-authorizations (even if you opt out of overdraft protection) and allow debit/credit transactions to overdraw and cause fees against your account. They will post the overdraft fees immediately throughout the banking day, ignoring any deposits your make to cover the charges prior to close of the banking day, and when the actual credit card transactions are presented by the vendor against the pre-authorizations, they keep the initial pre-authorizations as pending against your balance (duplicating the charges) to bump up the NSF potential. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.

If there were an option for less than 1 star I would give it. This bank is absolutely terrible. I did business with CCB for 10 years and was constantly disappointed. They do not care about your business. Go to a good bank like Citizen's.
