“I'm an avid outdoorsman and hunter. I've been here several times. They have a good selection of products and are probably very knowledgeable about them. The employees were not helpful to me personally and most often ignored me. It felt like I was bothering them by asking them for help or insight.Update 10/6/23: I visited the store again to see if anything would be different. I interacted with a totally different person. He was super professional and helpful. He was able to assist me and do exactly what the previous gentleman said he would not do. It's amazing how different two experiences in the same store can be ... I was pleasantly surprised on this past visit. I hope the improved customer focus continues!!”
