What a absolute joke this place is! Inspection failed for Wiper blades and a plate light witch I understand petty but if it's bad it's bad. What makes this irritating and ridiculous is the quote for $180 to change Wiper blades and a light bulb. I'm amazed this place is still in business with the unrealistic and unreasonable pricing. I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Total scammers. Went for a valve cover gasket replacement for a 2013 Ford Escape , they gave me the car back the next day and charged me $500+ and after a week the car died due to oil leak into ignition system which would have not happened if they replaced the gasket. They never replaced nothing and I live in FL so no way for me to go back and face this POS. Don't go to these guys if you value your money.

The gentleman at the front desk was polite and stated a conversation in between taking calls. I had a 3pm appointment and they took my truck in right on schedule. The quick service was appreciated.

Quick service, easy to get an inspection appointment. Exceptional effort by the mechanic to promptly check if car computer had gotten ready so we could complete the inspection. Haven't been there in a long time but decided to give them a chance based on a recommendation.

I went in for an oil change, didn't even make it across the street when the check engine light came on. I immediately went back to the shop and inquired why I seemed to have new problems with the vehicle. They told me that they recently hired a new employee and they would check his work. After a few moments they told me that he did everything correctly and I would need a new oil pressure sensor and it was going to cost me $800. They wanted to pull off the manifold and replace the gaskets, etc. I was able to replace the sensor for just the cost of $20 with a simple socket extension. However, this never cleared the code. After a bit of research, I found that the problem could be caused by something as simple as using the wrong oil filter. Sure enough, the shop had used the wrong one. The correct part was listed on the invoice but a completely different one was installed. I am wondering if they purposely installed the wrong filter to get me to pay for unnecessary repairs. I had taken my vehicle there before and they seem unable to properly diagnose anything. I will never return to their shop.

John got me in after I called and said I would be there after hours. He waited for me and addressed my issues. Great job.

I've been the professional electronics diagnostics technician in tire shops for over 30 years all on the West Coast. I had little to do with tires though I watched what was going on being that close to the 'action.' This location was a muffler shop a decade or so ago, when I used them for that service. When watching what was going on in the repair of a slow leak in my tire, it seemed clear the repair individual wasn't knowledgeable in this service, he did an inside patch installed the tire on the wheel and found it still leaked. After the third time it looked like an employee who knew what they were doing came over to him and advised him of something, I don't know what, however during this time I was in the office and told the counter man I didn't think this was going to come out well. That final time, with the one who's been there long enough, the tire held air and I paid the bill and left.I did check the tire for pressure that evening and the next morning and it held air as it should have. They did advise me of rear brakes being bad, I looked and found this to be correct. I just had it inspected within weeks of this discovery and I can assure they wouldn't have allowed this to pass. It developed when the rotor was sheading metal off the pad surface. I went home and ordered the pads, rotors and mounting hardware, installed it and was good to go.Most tire shops think the customer has no idea what the workings of a tire shop are, surprise! I have 30 or more years of knowledge though I don't say anything about it unless the location I am at attempts to provide me some malarkey which then I 'tune them up' in a kind and respectful manner.

This place is the biggest joke known to man. The wait was incredibly long, the salesman and mechanic were both stuck up and ignorant, and I will never again go to this place. The mechanic definitely “showed his muscles” and failed an inspection just because he could. This is why you support your small town mechanics, because places like this just want money. So make sure you do not take your vehicle to this place unless it’s a brand new vehicle out of the dealership within a week. Absolute joke.

This place is nothing more then the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing we called Sunday8-14-22 for two tires to be changed on my awd vehicle and were told that they would be in today 8-16-22 and not only were they not ordered they then proceeded to tell my wife that we can’t just change two tires on a awd we need to change all 4 and the belittles my wife in the store instead of saying their employe is not good at his job so unprofessional
