“It feels a bit odd to rate a Post Office, but both my wife and I have had such positive experiences with Katie, one of the staff there, that it feels like it's worth taking the time to leave a 5 star rating, Without a doubt one of the friendliest post offices we've been to, and despite having like 17 post offices around us (many of which are great), we purposely try to go to this one when possible.Sidenote: Our mailwoman is also wonderful and is associated with this Post Office as well. I'm sure they don't hear it often enough, but thank you for your service East Concord Post Office! It's small things like this that make the world so much better.”

“There hours are so convenient for me. I travel through Holland to work on 2nd shift. ( I start at 1pm. Very easy to seeing but there. Friendly service.
My mother in law lives in Holland. Loves her carrier. With their schedule of Drs appointments etc often they aren't home. Packages are always left by garage put of weather. Very thankful to their carrier. Wagner Rd area. ”

“I was at the Springville Post Office today for my passport, and I couldn't be more pleased with how effortless their post-master, Terrie, made the experience.
She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me distinguish between the passport card and the passport book so that I could make an informed decision. She explained what each fee was for and even explained when I could expect to receive my documents. Terrie was professional, knowledgeable, and she went above and beyond for me today.
