The girls in the office are friendly and helpful. The doctor is very informative and takes his time with your pet. He was very calm and patient with her as she was a bit anxious.

Springville Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your pets for their regular annual visits and all of their health needs. The doctors are the best in their field! They care about their patients and treat my fur babies as if they were their own. The doctors are so professional and up to date on all animal care and needs. Every doctor there takes the time to talk with pet owners, answer questions and guide us through difficult situations for the best pet care possible. The staff are all friendly, kind and helpful—best customer service around. I highly recommend SAH every chance I get.

Friendly staff, always get in me in asap and do what's best for my dog. They don't always suggest you come in, they usually give you advice on an issue over the phone. Theyre more interested in helping your pet than they are taking your money. I've driven from derby, buffalo, and hamburg to the animal hospital. No matter how far away I live, ill still always come here before even considering another option.

I can’t say enough on how great they were when I called and had to have my elderly cat put down. They got me in the same day and the tech along with Dr Mike Reilly(son) were so comforting and informative.

Dr Reilly has been our vet for over 20 years. He is kind and compassionate. I've had to visit other vets on occasion but am reminded why it's worth the drive to Springville to see our vet.

My Mini Aussie, Maddie, is under Dr. Reilly Sr's.care for Meningitis which is often pretty hard to diagnose and scary to witness. Always available, knowledgeable and compassionate. Called to check on her. Couldn't ask for a better Vet or staff. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. Thank you SAH.

Always the friendliest staff and doctors that know how to work with animals! My dog never lets anyone cut her nails. The vet tech did it in seconds without too much of a fuss!

Love the Springville Animal Hospital. Down to earth vet that cares more about the wellbeing of your animal than anything else. No pressure to buy supplies that you don’t need. Much appreciated!!

Had my baby out down there. They were supportive, compassionate, very caring. They allowed me in with him during his shot. They allowed me as much time as I needed to say good by until we meet again. Dr. Gary was wonderful I can't say enough.

This has been a long time coming, I simply haven’t been emotionally ready to write this.My beloved dog of nearly 13 years suddenly became sick and unable to move in December. Distraught, I called every vet near and far and was unable to find any place that wasn’t booking several weeks or even months out. Luckily, my partners mother had brought their dog there previously and she was able to make a call and get me in immediately.Upon arriving I met Dr. Reily, he was very kind which was beyond appreciated because I was inconsolable and crying. He knew pretty quickly into our visit by looking and listening to my dog that the prognosis wasn’t what I was hoping to hear and I knew that what I was dreading most in this world was coming… my sweet baby was going to have to be put down.Dr. Reily went about this situation and conversation with the utmost respect, sympathy, empathy and professionalism.I begged him to please do imaging, I needed to know what had happened for my own peace of mind, otherwise I would have never been able to forgive myself. He said that he was more than willing to do that and he personally was the one who carried my dog back into the room and gently laid him on the floor. He explained that he saw multiple tumors… most likely cancer considering how many and the different areas that they were in. I won’t get into further details but he explained that the best decision and the one that would be best for my dog was to put him to sleep.I knew this was coming, he had already told me at the beginning, but solidifying it simply broke my heart. I cried uncontrollably as he left me to say my goodbyes.I laid down on the floor and cradled my baby and talked to him for as long as I could. Dr. Reily checked on me periodically and allowed me more time. When I was finally “ready”, I asked to please borrow scissors to keep some of my dogs hair. Dr. Reily and the accompanying tech were both understanding and said that it would be no problem, they even provided me with a little bag.The injection was given and again, I was allowed to mourn and stay… I was never forced to leave or stop crying, nor was I disturbed during my grieving process. I spent the necessary time that I needed before saying my final goodbyes and exiting the room.I made arrangements for cremation and was told it would take a week. Exactly one week later I was called to come in and was handed an entire bag. I went back to my truck to look at the contents and was beyond touched at what I saw. I was given a piece of construction paper with my dogs nose and paw prints on it, a little keepsake paw print in what appears to be kinetic sand with a slot to place a picture, a beautiful wooden box that contained the ashes and a card from the staff with a personal message written by Dr. Reily, as well another paw print on the inside of the card. This was by far one of the most difficult things I have ever gone through in my life, including my own cancer diagnosis and treatment. I still cry daily but I bought a beautiful necklace that holds a little bit of my dogs ashes, this may not be for everyone but it brings me comfort knowing he is with me.Dr. Reily and the staff were truly amazing and I couldn’t have asked for the visit to go any better considering the circumstances. They made it as easy and comforting as they could which I will always be grateful for.I highly recommend this office and have every intention on bringing any future pets there.Thank you Dr. Reily ❤️***I will be sure to post pictures when I am ready to view everything without being reduced to a crying mess***

Very friendly and professional. I greatly appreciate how Dr. Rilley took time to answer questions and provide helpful advice. Many doctors I have met are in a rush to end the appointment after 5 minutes but that was not him at all. Highly recommend this practice.
