I was on my way out of town for a meeting when I discovered a flat tire. I was directed to Chris by a local business. Chris took care of my flat tire quickly and for a reasonable price. I was desparate to get back on the road so he could have charged me anything and I would have paid it. But he was fair and honest. Chris also showed me what was going on with my tires and encouraged me to purchase new ones before winter. He didn't try to sell me tires, just concerned for my safety. I appreciate Chris' honesty and integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this repair shop.Service: Tires

Chris runs a clean organized shop. He does good work at a reasonable price and is very accommodating. The bills are detailed for the work performed and he always provides an update regarding the the general status of the vehicle. Although he doesn't provide all services, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bartlett's Valley Auto Repair.

I was a manager, working directly with Chris, at a factory, for many years, before he went into the repair business.It may not be a stretch to say that Chris is “a one in a million” man, concerning honesty, trustworthiness, thoughtfulness, & doing things RIGHT!I personally believe his wife is a tremendous part of & support to him, also, which is priceless!!!
