I ordered same day pick up for multiple pictures on 8/30/23. Here it is 9/15/23 and they still don't have my pictures with no explanation. And the picture area looks horrible. I will not be shopping at this cvs no more. If I could give zero stars I would.

There are no shopping baskets only shopping carts and because people steal they have the detergent locked up. I only come to get my medicine and that is it. I will never buy anything in this CVS

This is my second time at this CVS. I guess it all depends on who’s working because the first time I went there I got through in decent time and this time I’m here for 2hrs. It’s no way I’m standing in here waiting for a “ready” prescription for 2hrs. Do better guys, do better.

I went in to pick up some vitamins and my prescription. When I walked in there were not baskets or shopping carts in the front entrance. Where are customers suppose to put their items while shopping? I went to the pharmacy, stood in line, and waited my turn. When it got to me I told the pharmacy tech I was there to pick up, gave them my name and paid for my prescription and vitamins. The pharmacy tech gave me my $20 which I asked for cash back but never gave me my receipt, prescription or vitamins. They just walked away from the cash register. When they came back they asked can I help you with something and I told them they did not give me my prescription and vitamins nor receipt. They didn't even ask if I needed a bag. They apologized but they need to pay attention to what they are doing and I get you may gave had a long day but still be alert and pay attention! I also have a concern about the pharmacy being closed from 1pm to 2pm or 1:30pm to 2pm. Everyone should be able to take a lunch break at different times and it should be 30 min. Maybe an hour but cone back and let someone else take a lunch break. The store doesn't even have reusable shopping bags. This cvs is in my neighborhood so I will stay with them but be more professional, and alert.

This is a go to cvs for a few reasons. They have a nice baby selection.That works for me because if my 9 month old son needs something really fast, this store works for me.baby tylenol, or pacifiers, teething rings etc.This is a good in & out store with really not to many people in it the staff there has been friendly and courteous.It is also in a ideal location on Merrick and Linden blvd across the street from st albans park.

Awful customer service. Empty store but still couldn't get help finding cotton swabs/q-tips. Got frustrated and left. Went to Walgreens.

This has to be one of the worst cvs i ever went to. This place is a joke. Pharmacy really don’t know what they are doing. Everyone seems to be in la la land. Its a total mess. Store is super dirty and filthy at the same time. I asked the manager why they don’t try to change it. He said he doesn’t care and told me to talk with corporate.

I really cannot explain exactly why but this is by FAR the absolute SLOWEST pharmacy I've ever used, just for a simple pickup you'll need at least 5-15 minutes... I'm writing this review standing in line with ONE person ahead of me and they couldn't move any slower. If you can do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs
