Very nice gym. It’s clean, conveniently placed, and the people aren’t very invasive either. There’s also a considerable amount of space between machines so you’re not on top of people.

I have a personal trainer that i meet there to workout named Jeff. This is not your typical cute and suburban gym... this gym is gritty and all about a powerful impact workout. It even has a boxing ring! So if you looking to be focused and not worry about ppl just there to be cute in their new gym clothes and drinking $5 bottle waters and you want to really hit them weights and get ya cardio on then this is the gym for you. They also have a variety of personal trainers there that can assist you.

Man I never went to this gym, but I was grateful to meet these wonderful trainers at Elmcor Boxing Club on 108 Corona st, they know what to say to encourage you, they exactly how you feel when you hit the mitts, meaning what type of emotion they suspect when you train with them, Mark and Bokata are the most inspirational people I've ever met, along with many others, their words of wisdom still ingrained in my mind up to this date, these people deserve everything that they wish for. It was a wonderful experience with these trainers and I will never forget and I hope to meet them again in the future. Love and peace from Bruce Mannie

The worst! I would give it no stars if I could. My wife and I signed up for a membership and when we arrived for our session, Tony- the trainer- wasn't there and couldn't even be bothered to answer his phone. He calls us 7 HOURS later pretending that he's been calling all day. He then blamed us because he SOMEHOW got a wrong number for caller ID (??) despite having the correct number on our paperwork. He was not apologetic and didn't offer anything about it. He only started to panic when I told him that I was cancelling my membership. Seems like an ok gym but DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TRAINING WITH TONY. One of the other trainers told me "I had to be on Tony" and they couldn't even find his correct number.

I really like the energy of the people there. The boxing training with coach Bo is top notch. He pushes you towards your goals at your pace. Cant wait till my next class.
