Black-Owned beauty supply store!It was so nice to shop in a beauty supply store without being followed around and watched by staff. It was such a comfortable shopping experience that I spent more than I intended.The staff is friendly and the items were priced. If you can make the trip out, it is well worth it.

Seems the overall demeanor of the customer service rep that work there was very lackluster. She didn't seem too enthusiastic or even interested in one to help me but did so that's why it's not a one star. Also disappointed with the severe lack of black-owned products in here compared to other black owned beauty supply stores. And considering that this was a long-standing beauty supply store, I would expect a bit more options. Very small, not uninviting, but not a place I would come back voluntarily unless I had to or it was nearby at the time. If you need help with looking for a particular product for your hair, I can at least say that the person is a bit knowledgeable. But the overall demeanor really kill the vibe of the entire visit. It's especially disappointing considering that I had to drive way out of the way to get here since there's not any black owned beauty supply stores near me

While I deliberately drive past other beauty supply I chose to shop at IBI, unfortunately the service was not as I expected. I don't mind showing my Id when making credit card purchases I was taken aback when the person doing the transaction started mentioning scammers, I felt it was uncalled for and unprofessional. It is sad when your own kind perceives you as a potential wrongdoer upon entering their establishment. Being a business person myself, I feel some things are better left unsaid. Don't think I'll be going back there to replenish stock.

Very gd for the neighborhood, black owned. Prices are reasonable and affordable, you can find everything you need! Comparison to other beauty supply stores l find it cheaper and l will always be a customer.?

I was excited to have found a black owned supply store. I found most things that I was looking for and the prices were ok. The customer service was good. I will be back in the future
