I visited this location on 12/7/22 and was helped by Brianna. I needed to upgrade my phone and had a lot of questions that she answered patiently and effectively. The reason im giving 3 stars is because I was there for 2 hours and one of the managers on shift, Tamana/Tawana was on "break" until right before i left, before coming in the store and rudely addressing her employees in front of me and multiple customers about how long my upgrade was taking. The second manager, Raj was in the store with us the whole time and repeatedly kept interrupting Brianna helping me because he assumed that she wasn't doing any work, while she was actively helping me. Again, rudely saying things across the room while customers are there. My phone was taking a long time to update and everything and Brianna was kind enough to talk lightly with me while it worked and there were no other customers to help. Apparently we were doing too much talking. Raj then continued to express concerns to me as a customer about where I'm sitting, while i've been sitting there the whole time with no issues until i spoke up for Brianna about my phone still updating. This store lacks professionalism in management and i ended up feeling sorry for the employees and irritated, just wanting to leave the store. Maybe consider new management or empathy+professionalism courses for those who represent the face of your store. Besides that, your lower level employees have patience that i envy, and were very helpful and kind to me.

The Asian rep.was both rude and very unprofessional. I had came in with my father who has a language barrier ,to try to get understanding as to why the rep convinced my dad into buying a new phone and adding on a new phone line when he only came in to get a new phone since it had water damage. The rep. talked over me which prompted me to ask “Can you stop talking over me?” He got upset , raised his voice telling me that he already explained everything to my father . I reminded him that my father does not speak English well and that’s why i came in with him. As i turned to my father to speak to him, the rep. opened his cash drawer and put the money my father had given him and threatened to close the line. I told him that I needed to talk to my father first and that he didn’t give me a chance to see what my father wanted and the rep laughed. I spoke to him in a form voice to let him know that he didn’t have customer service skills . The Arab rep who worked besides him stepped in and accused me of getting my attitude with the Asian rep. And got all defensive. I told him that I didn’t come into the store in that demeanor , he only heard part of the convo because he was helping another customer . When i pulled my phone out to record them , thats when the Arab guy wanted to try to help diffuse the situation. He pulled my dad and i to the side and explained it THOROUGHLY but as he was explaining it, the rude Asian rep shouted from behind the register “That’s what i told her “ . I’ve worked in customer service for many years and leaned that in situations like that, you do not shout or interrupt when a rep is speaking to an irate customer. The Asian rep should’ve stayed quiet or gone to the back. I am not happy with how I was treated today and hope Metro PCS doesn’t take this review lightly.

On April 29, 2019 at 4:40 pm went into a Metro Pcs store on 205-47 Linden blvd, in St. Albans, I wanted to purchased a S7 because I didn't want to spend 1,000.00 for an upgrade and I already had a S7, that I know how to operate. The store owner "Rashad" told me he had one S7 left and it was not a Metro Pcs phone so i could not get any assist2from Metro Pcs and that he purchased it directly from SAMSUNG. I spent 343.00. The store owner "Rawail" a name that they all use, claimed the phone was a display model. It had no plastic covering and was inside of a black box. The phone would not pair to the media inside my 2014 Nissan Murrano. I contacted Samsung support and after 1 hour and 40 mins I found out that the phone was an unlocked damaged 6.1.0 version. I went back to the store and the owner was not present, however; the employees stated that there was something wrong with my vehicle because it would not pair the media but paired the calls and contact and they could not do anything for me. I drove all the to Roosevelt Field 630 Old Country Road, Garden Coty 516-888-3240 The Samsung store. I explained what happened and they informed me that Samsung DOES NOT SELL OLDER MODEL PHONES to any Metro Pcs store. I was then insturcted to go to Metro Pcs Corporate store on 427 Old Country Road,Westbury where I made a formal complaint against "Rawail" for selling me an UNLOCKED DAMAGED PHONE. At this time, I am waiting for a response, either I receive a new upgrade or my 343.00 back. Let this be a lesson learned. WHEN PURCHASING PHONES FROM METRO PCS, ONLY BUY FOR THE CORPORATE STORES. On May 2, 2019 I got a call from the Samsung Store in Roosevelt Field and they stated that the copy of my receipt I presented them looked suspicious because it did not have my the phones IME serial number and I should return it and get my money back because I have within 7 days to return the item and I was on day 4. I went back with the police who stayed out as peace maker which forced the owner "Rawail" (fake name) had into giving, however,; he will not turn back on my old cell and I had to wait 72 hours before I could turn it on a pay 17 dollars. I then thought to sue this SCAMMER but decided to go to The Metro Pcs corporate store on Jamaica avenue, where I filed another WRITTEN complaint. At the Corporate location, my phone was turned on FOR FREE (less then 30 mins of returning the new phone and getting my money back. The Metro Pcs corporate manager suggested file a lawsuit against "Rawail". I was also shown where "Rawail" knew I was entitled to a discounted upgrade since I had a S7 and Samsung is up to S10, but did not inform me and the corporate manager had to write a memo to change my status back allowing me to upgrade if I wanted to. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome. LESSON LEARNED: BUYER BEWARE Signed, UNHAPPY Customer

The Customer Service and Support from the store reps are beyond exceptional! honest and sincere workers who try to help you save Money! Would definitely recommend to anyone! They're also Knowledgeable and Friendly! My FAVORITE Metro by T-Mobile so Far! :)

I listened to these people/Tmobile Reps and switched my grandfather Tmobile plan to a family free phones plan. I have had nothing but high bills for the last year and a half; nothing about this plan was free. I literally had to call Tmobile every month to advise I have not received my free plan discount. I even got an additional phone line, which was suppose to be free, and it WAS NOT.....I have never hated a phone service the way I hate T-Mobile I'm paying off these phones in the next couple of months and I will be switching my cellphone carrier.....I give them ZERO stars the absolute worse!!!!
