The customer I received today with Mr. Collins was impeccable and he was very knowledgeable and detail oriented! I would send everyone I know to MCU so he can help set up their bank accounts!!!

Miss white made me give this place a 5 star she rating even went out her way to call me back 2 day later to make sure i was satisfying with the service the lady at the front desk had a crazy attitude but miss white is 10/10 ask for her hen you visit

I normally come to this location because it’s close to my house & the people are normally friendly but on this particular day the front desk person was very nasty. Her attitude and energy for someone who is at the front greeting people was disgusting. I don’t know what her name was but she had on a pink shirt and it was a Monday morning 9am 05/15/23. Her manager or co worker was no help at all either same nasty attitude. They weren’t even trying to listen to the call center person from mcu who was on the phone trying to assist. I would never come back to this location.

This doesn't even deserve 1 star.Apply online bill consolidation the loan officer doesn't respond to emails therefore went into the branch big mistake ? that went nowhere. (I was approved) sharing my experienceTried to get a personal loan that didn't go nowhere, when I say didn't go nowhere communication with persons is very poor, noone calls you back forget trying to get information on status of your account. Via calling ☹️? VWait time is 120 minutes after holding andyou finally get to speak Marsha answers saying you should have pressed option 3. There you go black people trying to get a loan is not easy again system is not designed to be easy it's going to be very difficult. Again am holding for 134 minutes, something is wrong with this.

There was absolutely no wait and they greeted me very warmly. Normally I don't have great service with MCU but this branch was awesome. I needed help with my HELOC and Sheryl made sure that someone from mcu reached out to me to help me with my concern. I got 3 calls from 3 different loan officers in the span of 3 hours! She also called me to make sure someone helped me with my concern. I am very pleased. Couldn't be happier.

Never been to this branch but Leyla Lide works here and she is amazing. Really helped me out at the Springfield branch.MCU may not be the most convenient of banks since they close everything off including customer service on the phones after 5PM but I know most of the big banks couldn’t have gotten me an interest rate under 3% in this current economic climate where I stresses are being hiked by the Fed so often.

I’m still waiting to be credited my money it’s been almost a month and when I call it’s no help either they have no information online about my dispute. These people are the worst now I have to come out my way to come back to this branch.

I came here in a few weeks to go to open a new account, and the representative is very helpful. Her name was Sabrina.As I walked in, I was created by someone who I assume to post a security guard, he showed me where to sign in and have a seat.Sabrina took me into her office and explained the process to me thoroughly and she answered every questions I had.I am extremely pleased with this location.

Are they paying people to leave these reviews? This is the worst bank in the history of banks. They lack customer service and identity theft services! During a global pandemic customers can’t even access their money due to out of service atms or long lines. In a 10 mile radius only one atm was working at the Linden location. Every atm at Springfield was out of service, and Elmont was also out of service. After 10 years with this bank I must end it here! I don’t even care to get paid a few days earlier anymore, I’ll wait. Time for a new bank, a bank that will treat their customers with respect and pride.
