I had a mixed experience during my visit. My nails didn’t come out exactly how I wanted, but they were okay enough. My eyebrows turned out really nice, so no complaints there.
The real issue was with my finger — the same finger was cut twice, first by the nail file and then again by the drill. That made it really uncomfortable, and now I have to remove the nails early because it’s too painful to keep them on. I don’t feel like it was fair to be charged full price after that.
Also, my daughter’s nails already started rubbing off. I’m sure the excuse will be that it wasn’t gel, but polish should last more than a day regardless.
On a positive note, my toes came out great. I had acrylic added because a few were broken, and the tech did a really good job with them.
Overall, I had some good results, but the nail experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable. Not sure I’d come back for nails, but I might consider it for brows or a pedicure.

DO NOT go there at least for your eyebrows. The lady Mia took the whole front of my eyebrows off when I just said cleanup so the whole line is jagged and missing some hair . Horrible experience.
Doesn’t even deserve one star, just don’t go there.

Nice place to go. Prices are a little high. And some staff are very nasty. But some are very nice. Wendy and Annie are my favorite. Very nice and gentle.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came here on Sept 2nd for a basic pedicure with gel polish and the technician cut my toe nails vertically. She basically performed a procedure called matrixectomy usually performed by a podiatrist or doctor. This has left my toes swollen and very painful to walk. During my service when I noticed she was doing that on my right big toe, I told her to stop that it was painful and unnecessary. She proceeded to do the same on my left big toe as well and it was even more painful and blood was shed. This is completely unacceptable

Very unprofessional and terrible customer service . Quoted one price on the phone and price almost doubled when I went there . Horribly embarrassed when the man cashing me out yelled out my card was declined . I was horrified . I will never visit this establishment again .

So I was there the weekend of my birthday gifts certificate I walked service quick the guy start I noticed he didn’t even bring the tools to trim my cuticles nothing I am he took a metro card and took the previous powder dip offf ? I was wdf after that took the machine took off the rest didn’t even soak my finger then he applied a gel finish my finger tips had the dip on it under my nails it was so badly done I can see the dip was uneven he said wash my hand and will be off ! It didn’t come I showed another tech and she was very annoyed and cleaned it but nothing was coming out ! It was horrible! Very unprofessional and they are busy but they can keep the place a little bit more clean and tidy !

If I could give 0 star I would. This my last going there. You could literally see the dead skin on my feet, I told the lady she said I should pay more. I was gonna do my nails I went somewhere else that deserved my money and tips. They keep talking smack about customer in Chinese. They have no respect for the community that pay their bills
