I called in for a prescription and the pharmacist Julian was extremely rude. He would not accept my prescriptions. I explained that I needed to call in a script for my mom and he stated that he would accept it. Even after stating it was for tylenol and motrin he said you are welcome to speak to a supervisor on Monday. She just had surgery I told him. He let me know Walgreens was open and to proceed with the script from there.

I went to get photocopies and found out they charge $1 per page for black & white copies, which is high. You would think because it's so high, the copies would be unstained and professional. Instead, they were faded with toner ink all over them. I ended up reprinting them at the library for free, and the free copies from the library had none of the issues their copies had. It's so unprofessional and ridiculous that they are comfortable selling copies like this at all, not to mention for such a high price; imagine if it was a resume or other profession document I needed to print. I included some pictures of the copies; in the last picture, you can see one of the copies they did for $1 (on the left) faded with ink stains next to the free copy from the library (on the right) that has no issues. Don't waste your money on copies there - the library is three short blocks away from there if you have a library card.

They gave me the wrong medication for something and try to appease me without giving the truth that the medication needed was not there or whatever the reason.im suffering and informed this this pharmacy is not concerning. They keep giving the run around.

The pharmacist had an attitude with me so i had someone call for me. She reveals private information to others without consent of the client. My friend who was never asked of relation was given dwtails of my medication uses and she gave him a printout of all my past medications and present since going there on one occassion when he never rwquested that. She was being rude and obnoxious. Which confirms her attitude was unfounded. She threw her coworker under the bus the front desk is dilligent and gave her messages and she told my friend that she never got a dire message that my prescription was held a month. Doesnt take professional responsibility. When my issue wasnt resolved she caused me to pay two unnecessary cab fares. When i called back to back she calls back when im in front the pharmacy saying there was a issue. They never used to take long to call until she realized who my friend was calling for i assume she startplaying games. She had us payfor cab and a next time. Amd condescemdingly she treated us like we were d*** to give us a medication for a meamingless symptom amd not the one to curw the infection knowinh the weekend is coming and we offered to pay cash. She didnt explain this just made us go out our way and also this is a high risk issue why I am even writing this. Shes putting a pregnancy at risk. She is judgemental i feel. I shouldnt have to go through this its unprofessionalIf you dont wanna work Durning a pandemic then sit home amd collect unemployment dont take your snooty attitude out on others and throw your coworkers under the bus when your cards get pulled. She releases confidential information with no authorization on multiple occassions. Dont trust this pharmacist. And if you are real you will comment on your experience. Shes in a black community a different race judging people like she is better. Not my personal opinion as this is more than 4 occassions she was unprofessional. I let it slide and tried to excuse her but my friend works somewhere and let me know my rights. He is older and a different race so she was noticeably correcting her tone when dealing with him. Nonetheless made unnecessary problems for what is simple. Remember i unformed them due to covid my doctor never reported my lab results till a month late which is bad bad bad bad bad for a developing fetus.
