Over the holiday weekend, I had a leak from the valve behind the washing machine in my upstairs laundry room. I remembered that the man who installed the water pump for my well told me if I ever needed a plumber, Empire was the best. He was spot on. Dustin came yesterday morning soon after I spoke with Michelle in the office. He is an exceptional plumber and a nice guy. He assessed the situation, explained what had to be done, warned me that he might have to open the wall and started the project. I swear he was done in less than 20 minutes. He did not have to open the wall and placed a new valve on the pipe. It's perfect. I did laundry last night and it was a pleasure that everything was perfect. The charge was very fair and I will never call any other plumber. Thank you.

Dustin is awesome. He shows up on time, is thorough, calls if any issues and his work is spot on. Michelle in the office is also very responsive and works with you on billing. A+ team and service all around, I look forward to working with them in the future.

Dustin is incredibly responsive and helped me through selection of a new water heater with an emphasis on quality & efficiency. He worked with me through several options and came to evaluate the project twice before moving forward with a quote. His work is clean, precise and we felt the value excellent. We will hire him for all future plumbing projects.

Dustin is not only a great plumber, but is reliable and prompt. In this day and age when it's very difficult to find a contractor to answer the phone, much less return your call, it is a pleasure to find someone like Dustin that you can rely on in emergencies and all situations.

I'm writing this a year later after having Dustin come out to help us. Last winter our pipes froze in a big way and he came to repair the cracked pipe. He was super responsive and very friendly, and made some suggestions to help prevent this in the future. He also came to look at our leaking ice maker in our fridge. Overall just really nice to work with and I trusted his opinions.
