I can't do justice to how great the service is an how pleased I was to get my Felco pruners back to like-new condition quickly and for a very reasonable price. Felco pruners are so expensive that it was completely worth it. You just fill out a form, mail out the pruners and after they tell you the price (in my case, it was only a few days after I sent them out!) and you complete the transaction over the phone. I got them back very soon after that. I'm very happy and I'm sure my roses are delighted.

Purchased Felco 6/3-1 Replacement blade and spring kit. Great price, easy purchase, and quick delivery via USPS that always gets the delivery right as opposed to FedEx that delivers somewhere in the neighborhood rather than to our address.

Terrific repair and sharpening service. I sent Felcos in need of repair last year and a different pair for sharpening and cleaning this year, and service was excellent and FAST both times. Highly recommended.

Very very friendly service, great products. Norbert spent a great deal of time with me going over my different options. He was patient and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I felt welcome and I highly recommend this business. Karen also helped me out with the transaction and was incredibly helpful and kind. It seems like a fantastic family business, I left quite happy and will continue to suggest them to anybody that I know who needs Felco products.
