I ordered a book off of Amazon, and the order was fulfilled by Old Scrolls Book Shop. I am absolutely amazed by how impecable the packaging was and thoughtful their customer service is! When unpacking the box, I thought I accidentally ordered a new laptop by the way it was packaged and cared for. OLD SCROLLS BOOK SHOP takes a lot of pride in their work and customer service to ensure their customers receive the book they ordered in mint condition, no matter how expensive or valuable the product is. I will be 100% be doing business with them for any book I need or desire!

I recently ordered a first edition copy of 'The Lord' by Romano Guardini from 1954 from Old Scrolls Book Shop. When the package came in, I sensed it was prepared with lots of love and care and the book is in great shape! THANK YOU!

I went searching all over the Internet for a particular book and could not find it anywhere. Then I stumbled onto Old Scrolls Book Shop, and not only did they have the title I was looking for, but the copy they had was in pristine condition. For a book that is nearly as old as I am, it's in much better shape! The price was right, they packaged the book securely when they shipped it to me, and it arrived in a timely fashion. I could not have asked for a better transaction. I have no doubt that I'll be back when I need another out of print title. And they surprised me with the gift of a beautiful pen. Thank you, Cathy and Ron! I look forward to a long and happy business relationship!

This shop is a cool refreshing break from the dozens of wineries. Catherine and Ron are sweet, wonderful people who have transformed their home into a haven for book lovers. They focus on 1st edition and rare books, and their prices are more than fair. You walk in and Catherine walks you through the different sections and if you're looking for something she can direct you where to look/look up in their inventory.

We popped into Old Scrolls as part of a four day trip into the Finger Lakes region. After being a bit hesitant, we knocked on the quaint rural home with the lovely bibliophile murals on the front porch and were greeted wholesomely by the ever-welcoming shop owner Kathy. Her passion for books is immediate as she gave us a walkthrough of the space, introducing us to the most lovingly gathered assortment of rare, one-off, and prized books I personally have ever witnessed. After hiking about through local waterfalls and gullies, the bookshop was the highlight of our trip. We will go back again and again; I cannot recommend it enough. And Kathy is the perfect Virgil to our Dante.
