The absolute WORSE costumer service/communication skills. It gives nobody knows what they doing forreal or just don’t want to do they job!! Phone operators be barely any help and have to wait days for a response from your PCP. Go somewhere else like ANYWHERE else.

Do not go here. Such a hassle to get anything done. Appointment wait time is long. Can never get any answer from the doctor via phone. Horrible experience with this establishment.

Long waits even though place is empty. Appointments take months and the receptionist acts like they can't answer phones or send referrals in a respectful time. They are sitting there doing nothing but talking for most part of the day. Unprofessional and I will seek a new doctors office due to this.

Clove Road LocationPros: Facility is clean, wait time is minimal, staff is friendly and it's very easy to make/cancel appointments to see the doctor, or schedule vaccinations online. There is onsite parking.Some services are outsourced but in the building:Quest Diagnostics - blood workNew York Blood & Cancer Specialists - oncologyLenox Hill Radiology - Xray, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.Vaccinations - not all are administered onsiteI was told to get my shingles vaccine from a pharmacyCons: Some services used to be but are no longer in the building. The practice has continually decreased the specialties they used to have onsite. There is no cardiology, dermatology, orthopedic, or OB/GYN services. Just adds to the inconvenience of having to travel around the island for care.

I highly commend Asha, the medical professional who took care of my son, even though it was close to closing time on a summer Sunday afternoon. She work quickly and effectively so that my son's treatment could be completed in that single visit. My son and I were the only patients in the place, and Asha gave us the royal treatment. She is intelligent, quick-witted, efficient, full of initiative and a can-do spirit. Asha took the time to explain things to us, and also how my son should take care of his injury--and all this when she should have already left the building! I most highly commend Asha and her fine qualities.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! After injuring my leg, I went to this urgent care to rule out a broken bone. The nurse practitioner who saw me completely dismissed my concerns. Although my leg was swollen and bruised, I was asked, “Why are you here?” When I said I was concerned I broke my leg, the NP laughed and asked, “why would you think that? You walked in here on your own, didn’t you?” He then insinuated that I was only there to score pain medication when he said, “if you want pills, I will only prescribe you anti-inflammatories.”I was told I strained a muscle and would be feeling better within a week. After a week of excruciating pain, I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic. After 11 days of having my injury misdiagnosed, it was finally confirmed that my leg was indeed broken.Why my request to have an x-ray done was dismissed, I will never understand; however, a medical facility such as this should not exist.

I had to add to this review I got a call my echocardiogram on Friday is being cancelled after waiting for over a month but I guess my heart is not their concern. This is so wrong!!! Wish I could leave zero stars!! Appointments are constantly being cancelled. I am convinced that this office will soon be closed like the one on Richmond avenue. My appointment with my primary care doctor was cancelled three times in a row! Of course advantage Care is going to say I'm so sorry you're going through this experience lalala heard it all before get better with your service this is people's lives you're dealing with!!! Unbelievable!! I'm definitely jumping ship!

Minimum wait of 45m to 1hr plus with scheduled appointments. The nerve of them to request to arrive 15 min early but then they keep you waiting an hour. No respect for patients time or personal schedule.

I consulted with Dr. Dahl at this office and it was the biggest mistake. I went to him for Bariatric pre-op checklist clearance & completely neglected me and was so unprofessional. Telling me about his friend that died under anesthesia while undergoing Bariatric surgery and kept referring to himself as the boss of my decision and clearance and kept talking over me the entire time and neglected my prior test results that I did for him for 3 months. He was directing me to take every test but the required EGD. When I went to my appointment he had none of my test results or medical information available. He didn’t ask for my results from a test I took in September to be faxed over until 9:45am meanwhile my appointment was at 9am & then he lied and said he just received my results the day before ((11-9-22). He then told me to go find someone else after wasting three months of my pre-op process. That appointment was horrible. And he kept talking bad about my Bariatric surgeon and giving his bias opinion on them and the procedure and tried to intimidate me talking about his profession and how long he been a doctor. He made my entire appointment about him. At the end of the appointment he told me I have to wait 4 more months to do a EGD by him and to go find someone else. I don’t recommend anyone to trust this doctor with anything at all. Ohh and he wrote in my notes on my portal that I was denying having symptoms of heartburn “/ I truly feel like this guy just wants to make a bunch of unnecessary appointments just to collect from insurance. If I can give zero stars I would!

Always incredibly slow and never have any appointments later in the day. They ask you to get to your appointment early and still an hour later and you’re not called into the room yet. Today I’ve been here for an hour and a half and still no sign of when I’ll actually get into the room. They all just went on a 15 minute break too. Horrible office, definitely going to be switching to another one that treats patients like their issues actually matter.
