Went to all tire about a year ago to get my tires changed. Went to do my breaks today and was told that whoever changed my tires stripped all my lug knots on my s class. Last place to take my tires off was all tire. Super disappointed as I picked them cause i thought they would know wat their doing. On top of that I remember getting attitude from a heavy set guy when I asked him kindly on the phone if he knew around what time it would be done, so I would know if I should get a Uber to work.

Great customer service.
Had my car in for an alignment, they snapped one of the camber arms trying to get the alignment to my spec. It was an old part so likely why it gave out.
But they ended up replacing both of the camber arms free of charge. Def didn’t make anyone on me with the amount of time they spent on my car. Alignment seems pretty good.
