With a basic $9.00 wash, they don’t let you to use a vacuum. They don’t dry the water off. The wash itself is not thorough, the car came out dirty. For $14.00 they let you vacuum the car, but still no one is helping you to wipe the car off and you have to vacuum it yourself.

This car wash closed and reopened as "Urban Xpress Car Wash" under new management. The exterior of my car was well cleaned and washed. I was given a discount for an unlimited wash originally $30.00 a month and was discounted $15.00 off. I didn't mind vacuuming my own car and following up with thoroughly wiping down my car which towels were provided. However, the owner or manager went up to me rudely assuming I am paying for a single wash and said people pay for a monthly membership. If I vacuum and wipe down my car for more than 10-15 minutes I am not normal. I said excuse me, I am a monthly paying customer. There were no signs on a time limit, I was there for like a half hour. There was no rush, no line of cars, there were empty spaces next to my car. I was appalled and disgusted that this man made a big deal that I took over 15 minutes. I take pride in my car I was it thoroughly wiped down and vacuumed. He was like I have a business to run, now you know how to run this business. Smh.... disgusting individual.

Huge scuff marks on my door, rims were still dirty, tire shine was caked on beyond belief, huge scratch on my drivers window. When I notified them they said “we do new cars all the time and there’s no problem, that was already there”. Literally racing my car into the car wash and out of it. Looks like my interior wasn’t even touched.$30 Platinum package. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.Services: Auto detailing

I was passing thru the area and happened upon this gem. $20 for a full wash with mats. No streaks on my windows. Very impressive for the price. I live on the north side but would definitely go back. Best $20 ever spent. Thank you!

The worst car wash I've ever had. I've been going to this place since 2002. I will never again go back. After charging $30 for a platinum wash, there was armor all in large quantities all over the inside of the windshield. Half the dashboard was untouched. The outside of the windshield wasn't even wiped down after it came out of the wash. The inside was not fully vacuumed. As much as I used to love the job they did, they've lost me as a customer after charging this much for a piss poor job.

Took my brand new Dodge ram to be cleaned. Paid extra to clean the rims and put armor all on tires. I noticed that the rims were not clean and all they did was put Amor all on the rims, over the dirt. When I spoke to the manager he told me that they could not get their hand inside my 22 in rims to have them cleaned...mind you I do it myself all the time! He refused to clean them properly.
