  I will never call this company ever again. This is not baseball. There is no three strikes And out, This is business I always give the benefit of the doubt, but two times of no-show without a phone call is enough for me.They are unreliable. Yesterday was the second time they canceled my Scheduled appointment with no call. I called the owner chris and confirmed the time of 2:00pm and it was already 2:30 and no show in which he then blames me for taking that time slot. Before ending our conversation, Chris says I will check up on them on my GPS and assured me that they Were in my area and will be at my house shortly in which after another 40 minutes had passed called Chris and texted two times to no avail response back. The final outcome was 2nd no show and no call Or text.

  Great hand wash for a reasonable price! No complaints, these guys did an excellent job on an exterior hand wash.

  Island Shine Auto Spa was detailing/washing a car next door to me. They decided to block my driveway. I asked them once, politely, to please not block my driveway. After ignoring me, I told them to move, only for the worker to angrily tell me “I was in the army in Mexico”, and that “I needed an education”. It wasn’t until I argued for close to 5 minutes that they decided to relocate their work van. Avoid this company, as threatening people seems to be their policy when they don’t get what they want.

  Recomended by a friend and used them a few times, always did an excellent job. Never had any issues until now. Brand new vehicle scratched! Reached out to the owner immediately making him aware and was told he would come by to check it out. NEVER SHOWED UP and after several reachouts via text and call, NO RESPONSE. UNPROFESSIONAL! LACK OF COMMUNICATION! POOR BUSINESS!

  They lost 5 faithful clients for lack of communication. We were scheduled twice and they never showed up to either washes, and still haven't responded to my texts. Don't waste your time.

  Went there once with my Continental and they did an awsome job. Just bought an Audi that's going to need a few visits for some coats of wax and this is the only place I trust.. see Ya soon guys...

  Terrible car wash. I asked them to dry my car really good because last time it was dripping. He came back to dry the door dried just the top of the door it was all wet inside still dripping on the bottom. I nicely asked him again to please do the bottom of the door. He told me this is the last time he was going to dry it. I asked to speak to the owner he said he was the owner, I know he's not. Then I get in the car all the black trim was dirty still with fingerprints. The car wash is $45 +a $10 dollar tip. I don't think I should leave after $55 with a dirty car. I go twice a month. Never again customer lost.

  Where did you here a carwash that doesn't wash your rims with an exterior wash and charges extrabtonwash them...unheard-of smh!

  I went to Sunday at 3pm and the guy said we are close and refused to wash my car despite the working until 4pm. Not a professional business

  One of the workers soaked my touchscreen radio and the touchscreen stopped working a day later. It never went back to working properly. The manager or owner was completely rude over the situation. Avoid at all cost.Services: Auto interior vacuuming
