“I have been a caregiver to a family at Parklane @ Seaview for well over 10 years. A wife and husband in the beginning. He passed away almost 6 years ago but I still take care of his beautiful wife.
This 5 star rating is given because of the current conditions and how clean the building is now.
It was a disaster before, during and after Covid. A lot of turnover of employees, etc.
I want to give special commendation to Jamiel & Mikki who clearly know the meaning of a great work ethic.
I’ve never seen anyone work harder in this building. Inside and out. They do so at the direction of Fulya.
Clearly she has a staff that compliments her work ethic as well. She has “pulled it all together”

“The personnel at Markham Gardens is the best. Always professional and helpful, both the management and the maintenance team. Even though the work is challenging, they are always calm . The complex is well maintained.”

“This is an excellent apartment building where I have been living for the longest period in this city, because it feels like a secure and cozy home to me. There is a big community here and they organize regular social activities. Nice amenities, good location aside the bay, and friendly people around here. Overall it’s a pretty cool place in many aspects. Come for a visit and you’ll see I’m just saying the truth.”
