I've never dealt with at and tostly because while i was paying 40 a month for my phone thru t mobile, my friends were paying 114 for the same service through them. But the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and had great plans available. And didbyoubknow that AT&T stands for Always the ticket?????

The staff is very friendly! But they opened 2 lines when we asked for 1 without telling us.We went to add a 3rd line to our existing plan. At first they did it good, but an hour later we had to come back because internet wasn't working (why haven't they tested it at the store). Well it was our phone's problem so fine with that. We asked for a new phone. An hour later we left thinking it was all good. Guess what? I check my account 3 days later and see 2 NEW LINES ADDED. They haven't even told us that they created 2 lines. We asked for one. We even chose a number but somehow they created another number. They inserted the requested number in the phone but the account showed that the phone had a different number. So I had to call the customer service only to find out that we can't cancel the line we didn't apply for because they put the installment plan on that line. ATT can't transfer plans between numbers. So we had to cancel the number we asked for so that we wouldn't have to drive back to the store to switch phones. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! I work all day and don't have time to go through all of the hoops. And of course I will be charged for 4 days of service for the 4th line because I didn't know about it until I logged in. So have I not checked it I would have paid an entire month for 4 lines.
