Good sales pitch extra helpful . Required a 3 hour follow up phone call to ATT , because this store smiles to your face and screws you . Wow ! Did they pull some shiesty moves .

Avoid this store it absolutely not worth the stress the woman knew absolutely no information and my upgrade ended up disabling my husband's phone it took about 2 hours on the Phone With AT & T to fix. The check out process was also a nightmare. I was told him they would set the phone up for me when it came In to pick it up. When I went to pick up my the phone they told me to do it self . And all around terrible experience im still trying to fix

Don't go there. The guy Sam switched me to First net and claimed i get a free Apple Watch with the cellular line and a free line for my iPad. I didn't need the watch or anything else but i figured hey if it's free sure. Turns out he "saved" me money by lowering my service from the top one to the lowest, and i was getting charged for two new lines. That guy is a con artist i regret ever going to that store.
