I had a great experience today taking advantage of an offer to upgrade my Celero. Excellent service from John, no bait and switch, no hard sell and he went out of his way to find the last case in the store that would fit my new phone. He told me it would take 15-20 to transfer all my contact information, apps and e-mail and deleted duplicate listings in my contact list. He took to time to answer a few questions and asked me the test out certain features to make sure I understood before I left the store.

I typically don't like to leave bad reviews bad this place earned it. Run! Absolute scammers. They quote you one price now, to only change it within minutes. Bad customer service, and above all arrogant management. Never again. Stay away!

If I can give them a zero I will. It always say they open at 7 or 8 am but go there by 11am and they still not open. Close the store down or sell it
