If you reserve a truck online, you are only guaranteed a truck not the particular type of truck you need. The rate will be the same, however. So if you need a bigger truck, but they only have a smaller truck then you have two options: rent the smaller truck at the same rate or go somewhere else. The staff was very friendly, however.
