I went on Thursday and it was pretty empty. I love that I was able to have the space for my 1 year old to get her birthday bear. The staff were all friendly and nice. It allowed me all the time to pick and choose the outfit for her bear.

Leah in the Staten Island mall was amazing to work with ! She helped me & my husband this past week with our gender reveal. She was such a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful

I am in disbelief. 1 associate filling bears and 2 standing around. Such a horrible experience. Would never come again to this store. Incompetence would be the kindest thing I would be able to state. The manager and district manager should immediately resign and apologize for such disregard for customers. Thoroughly disappointed in every aspect of experience.

My daughter absolutely loves going here. A bit pricey but it's in the mall. You'd expect that. The folks that work there are great with kids.

It was an awesome experience, I'm 52 and was making my first bear with my granddaughter. She made her first as well, a Birthday Bear. Staff was sweet, accommodating, and so helpful!

The staff here is super helpful and really nice! The store is clean & organized as well. If you can, I’d recommend coming during a time children are normally in school!
