I love Samantha, Gianna, and all the groomers at BYOP they do an amazing job above and beyond. They make my dog look and smell like 1 million bucks and he smells amazing for three weeks after he’s been groomed. They also know dogs and how to work with you I highly recommend them

I had taken my puppy somewhere else before (he's less than a year old) and the groomer wasn't able to do anything and still had to pay. I was recommended this place by my mom, and it was the best decision I've made for my puppy! I had no hope because the other place I had taken him told me he'd have to be sedated to get any work done.This place is amazing, super easy to set up an appointment, prices are reasonable for all the work they do. I'm always happy with the results, my puppy is a little too much sometimes, but this place has great staff that have met my puppy's needs. I wish I had brought my previous pet here, who had a very bad experience somewhere else; I know they would have done the same awesome job with my puppy now. Highly recommended, I wouldn't change them for any other business when it comes to my puppy.

Took my GSD / alaskan malamute mix here for the first time today…asked specifically for no shaving to be done as my dog is double coated. I made sure to confirm only scissors would be used. I get home and take a closer look at him, and his groin / stomach area was shaved down to the skin. I was told he would be getting a sanitary trim (again I confirmed no shaving). Shaving was also done on his butt fur. This is very harmful for a double coated dog as the fur does not grow back properly unless scissors are used. For the price charged I should be getting my dog perfectly groomed and my requests should be followed exactly, unless changes are confirmed with me before they happen.Edit in response to business: I have had my dog professionally groomed many many times (including sanitary trims) and he has never come back completely shaved like this. I’m unsure where the business got the idea that I usually do at home grooming — it would not even be possible due to the size of my dog. Lack of communication can’t be an excuse when you’re dealing with peoples animals. A ‘trim’ is not usually a word used to describe something being shaved down to the skin. I asked for scissors everywhere and was told that’s what I would get.

I've been going to BYOP for over a year and they're great. They are punctual, do a great job with my dog, and will update you if there are any issues like needing to cut a little more off due to a tough knot that couldn't be combed out.

One of the worst experiences at this groomer. They cut my dogs nail too short and cut his quick. We got him home and immediately when he got in the house was bleeding everywhere. I understand these things can happen but completely unacceptable as a business to not let the owner know at pickup! Completely unacceptable and would not recommend this groomer to any animal owner

After trying regular retail store to get my fur baby groomed I found Byop at their old location which wasn't far from our house. Everyone was super friendly. Each made every time same service just perfect they ask questions they really take their time Kelly became my favorite ever since. she's the BEST any issues or concerns they will contact you. Once you enter the shop you are able to see how everyone loves what they do..
