I have been a Chase customer for many years now. I love Chase bank. (As well as referring many of my friends, and family members to Chase banking.) The staff at the bank are super awesome, professional, and friendly. (Thanks, Oscar.) but me and my wife had pay to park in the street again, because of the Chase parking lot. This is "unacceptable" and many customers (I know) agree with me. The owners of this parking lot need to pay close attention and do something about it! for the good of all of your customers. This is an ongoing condition ever since 2022, It has completely been worse than I've ever seen it. At this point it is so abused, people across the street from the restaurant or whatever they want to go, park in this parking lot! which leaves the customers (including handicap spots) who have to pay for parking in the street. So as a loyal chase customer, I am telling the owners to "get control of your property" and take back our chase customer parking lot! (Like and share, if you agree with this statement), for anyone who is a banker at this location.

Bank ATMs are down on a regular basis. And not just locally, System-wide as they say when you call. This bank is horrendous

Chris did a great job re-registering our savings account. It took us 30 minutes to process. He helped my dad to put the savings through his Chase app on the phone and it is available.

Although the tellers were very good at doing their job, there was a long wait. I did watch people leave the bank in disgust without getting their business done. I had interactions with two of the tellers that were there. But they were the only two tellers there. I don't know if it was because it was around 12:30 that the place had a pretty long line. But they should get more tellers. I did watch two of the customers yelling because the service took so long. And I watched three customers leave this place. All three of them did not get their business taken care of. I heard one state that they wanted to open account and then they walked out at the waiting for about 15 minutes. So I guess that was an account that Chase lost.

Slowest bank on the planet.They rarely have more than 1 teller regardless of how busy they are.I'm in line for 20+ minutes already & no closer to depositing my 3 checks than when I entered. Going to open a new business account with Northfield to see if they are any better. Can't be much worse.

It would not be a bad idea if Chase sends a customer relationship manager to spend a week at the branch. I am sure the good people that work here can do a lot better to make customers more comfortable with their visit to this Branch. This review is valid for both Personal and Business accounts.Update:2 Years later today 05-04-2023 I walked in to the branch to find out they are no longer offering notary services for clients. Came to the new Chase Branch at Hylan Plaza and was able to get my document notarized with no issues.

If you need anything from this branch good luck. Between them being maybe undermanned or members not wanting to help their customers idk but getting anything done at this branch has been a problem.

I am writing this review to warn people this bank is a shady scam don’t bank with them I was a co signer on a safety deposit box and person I co signed with was incarcerated I went to the branch and closed the account fast forward 4 years later today and they hit my account with a 700 dollar bill and the only way to dispute is to go to the branch and I live in California now so save yourself the hassle they are scam artist they don’t answer the phone and the “manager” isn’t available at such a convenient time as well

Ingrid Dodic horrible banker. doesn't have her schedules organized , and can't help when needed. overall nasty a** people , just go to another bank :))
