This branch is literally the worst most useless bank I have ever been in. Definitely the worst chase has..and I’ve used endless branches.
Good luck getting any transaction done..if you do…good luck it’s even right. You have at best 20% odds you walk and out without a problem. Oh..and they are very rude on top of it. lol.
Rude always comes with clueless.
It’s impressively so bad from the top down…go there just to experience what happens when you have a novice manager down to the bottom.
The manager..he name is Mike I believe. What a gem. lol.
It does have an entertainment factor in that you will feel better about yourself in you cannot be this bad at your job.
If I went to into all details…I can write a novel here.
I recommend you use a different branch..anywhere but here.

Worst branch ever, I usually go to New Dorp. Went to this manor road branch occasionally. This branch have no customer service, always wait over 30 mins for 1 bank teller. their computer system also always down, cannot get cash or whatsoever, no idea how could this happen in J.p. morgan Chase??

On Staten Island for personal reasons, but I live in Florida. While making an ATM deposit inside this Chase location, I forgot my debit! Betty Lynn came running after me, to no avail. I was a block or so away when Trinidad called. He & Betty Lynn were waiting at the entrance for me to arrive & retrieve my debit card. Great customer service, guys. I appreciate you!

I love Chase Bank I can rest assure my money is safe, so that makes me sleep good at night!? But why do you close the ATM when the bank closes at 5PM, thats super annoying, Some ppl dont get off work until 5 and need some money and Have to wait until the next day! PLEASE PAY FOR SECURITY AND OPEN THAT ATM BACK UP 24 hrs, PLEASE?
