For Jeremy (business owner)-- I called the number that you listed below only to be transferred to 3 different departments and then ultimately told that I would have to bring the car in, although no set appointment with a particular person was made. Not sure how this helpful at all, and I will likely be told that nothing can be done with my lease.

Felt as if I got scammed after the lease of my car. customer service is extremely rude. i also wasted hours waiting on my car to be "fixed" only to be told it didn't have the feature. why did they tell me to bring it in then? extremely unhappy with my car and services I've been provided.

I took my 2021 lease jeep in for repairs, that was two months ago. It just sat there for two weeks my insurance won't pay for the rental any more they say two months is to long for repairs, I have no car they won't give it back they won't give me a loner car , I have to take the bus now and still pay for my lease, this is a nightmare, stay away from this place I can't believe I was hit in the back by a woman and now we're working on 3 months they won't give me my jeep back I have to take the bus to work, but they are willing to lease me a new more expensive jeep or sell me one but they won't give me my jeep I lease from them back 3 months to do repairs I can't believe I have to take the bus!! Done.

We took our car here Tuesday because there was a recall on our car dropped off before they even opened - they told us 2 days let alone recall paperwork said it was a 2 hour job it's been there 3 days and with no communication or response from them. We have left multiple messages called multiple times and have gotten no where as to the status of our car. This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with.

Have a love hate relationship with this location. My husband and I have been customers of this location for a number of years After dealing with jeeps for a few years and people still using the pandemic reasons it seems companies get lazy with excuses Came in to speak about trading in our jeep awesome shape good mileage the usual. We received a letter asking about the company needing cars and that they would make this wonderful deal and give us the best possible low price and yada yada Coming in we were told from the manager that this is a "generic letter" Well not so happy about that cause I will now say this is a scam just to persuade good customers into being tricked so after 6 hours of going back and forth sitting around and picking out a new jeep and now payments per month are higher then my old truck !!again pandemic blaming from the company and that prices went up. In order to keep our old truck our payments for that one would in fact be even MORE. So it seems like a sucker move and that they got what they wanted. I feel like we gave in a mansion for a studio apartment. Ugh. This goes for most companies I'm sure. But this was a sadder experience for us. And no we are here for a recall on our new truck. Not a good experience at all. Buyer beware scammers are scamming they make everything look wonderful on paper. Fake letters.

I have leased three Jeeps in the last ten years here, but never again. I just returned my third, but prior to the return I had to do the banks inspection of the vehicle. The inspection said my rear bumper was misaligned, which it was clearly not. The inspection paperwork stated that I can appeal this by going to a certified NYS auto repair center which Island Auto Group has. I asked "Moe" if they can certify this since I have been a loyal customer. His response was "we are just the middle men and can't help you". Really? OK, no problem. Now I go somewhere else for my vehicles, and I will tell as many people I can to discourage business there, and leave bad feedback about Island Auto Group anywhere I can. The cost I have to pay to the bank was only $90.00 for the misaligned bumper, but it's not the money, but the principle of it, and the whole idea that I gave Island Auto business the last ten years, and they refused to help me. Bad business decision on their part!

I want to tell the owner of this business, wake up Sir and figure out what's going on in your staff. You made your karma worse and make them work according to your tune, or all the same you don't know what's going on in your business and what tricks your staff is using, and in what kind of debts they put people. How they behave and talk. To bring money to your company. you say one thing and do another. And so many times. These people have made your business dirty. Wake up Sir!People, don't waste your money and your time, for the dirty deeds of this office. In no case do not work with this dealer, these are scammers who slip contracts where you ask them for leasing and they give you a bank loan with a large percentage, in a fraudulent way, when a person knows English well. They were rude and said that "it's a shame if that you our clients don't know English well ", ur manager said "Shame on you"although they themselves are native speakers with only one language. And your clients yes not good with English, but they know 3 languages.Where all of you Guys 0.They throw you from salesman Ali to a high manager who also behaves inappropriately in front of people. This is the worst place where can you come .Which does not solve problems but creates. One day this shop will be closed.

2022 Ram 1500 Bighorn with E Torque. Built to Serve Edition. Although prices are elevated due to COVID and Dems shutting down the country , they were still better priced than New Jersey dealers. They also have a standard Doc fee as Jersey charges at least 2x more. This is my second new car I have purchased from the Island Auto Group and have not been disappointed.

I had to update this review after giving them another try, Micheal Huayama was the service advisor that helped with the broken door handle on my car. Really professional and got it done in a timely fashion, scheduled everything with me, dropped off and picked up seamless!

Stunningly terrible - Mikayla Diaz emailed re: my original web inquiry, and then didn't reply to either of my follow up emails, including setting up a time to come in. Instead, I just got more "form letter" emails about wanting to earn my business and asking if I had any questions. In addition, apparently 2 weeks ago, a friend from the local North Jersey Fiat Abarth group also inquired about an 500 Abarth, set up an appointment, came in, and was then told the car was already sold at auction a couple days prior. If this is the kind of treatment one receives when trying to *give them business*, I don't want to know what it's like when one needs after-sales help on anything. Today, I got yet another follow up generic email from Alicia Alonso ("Business Development Manager") checking on my satisfaction so far and urging me to follow up directly if I had any questions. Here's the kicker: the email reply bounced back because the direct email address she included isn't valid. Obviously, we're taking our money elsewhere. As will my wife, when she's looking for her new Grand Cherokee lease after the current one ends in September. In the real world (where dealer franchise laws aren't so protectionist), this place would be gone in a week...
