I want to share my experience for that city branch , I wanted to open an checking plus account and the crew there was so nice and helpful! Especially I wan to appreciate the manager Yanelsa Buck for her efforts and her hard work helping me and manage the all situation around with the customer’s with patient and profesional skill ability I ll recommend that place for everybody

Made an appointment online for 9AM. No one is at the bank, no sign. Reached out to the manager and no call back. Banking phone number just sends you on a loop.Now they’d like more info to “investigate”. They know the branch, they scheduled the appointment, they have all the contact info, I told them the time and date. Now they are asking me to email another place… just like the phone system.

Manager, I'm sorry to write this. This is the worst bank in the whole island. Because almost every day when I come home from work, come to the bank in the evening to use the ATM to deposit money. I have never seen any of these machines work properly. Drive true The machine will never work properly. All other banks use new machines but it is questionable why you do not take action on this. Please work on this. I think this is an issue for all your customers. This happened now almost over 2 , 3 years....

Drive through atm is not working most of the time. The staff is very rude especially the one sitting in the corner office. Not interested in helping you with anything or information. Long wait if you go to the counter to conduct business.

I went to another branch in Staten Island and left with headaches. However, when I came to this branch, the bank manager Kang Lee was so helpful and understanding. I had a problem with my check from work and Mr. Lee and his team was very understanding. They help me avoid a trip to Brooklyn and more headaches . I truly appreciate it. Thank you !!!
