i had a horrible experience, i explained my symptoms they ran tests and they came out negative however they refused a chest x ray and refused to prescribe me meds. Not only that but they had the nerve to tell me “we don't know whats wrong with you” they claimed they couldn’t give me any type of medication until the results from the lab came back. very unprofessional. none of them know what their doing nor do they have common sense. they made me wait 2 hours before i was seen and it was not busy in there what so ever. They also messed up the doctors note and proceeded to make me wait another 30 mins to fix the dates on the paper. do not go here unless u want ur time wasted!!

This City MD is a joke. My Husband went in for fever of 102 along with soar throat and ear ache they did cultures told him that his throat was pretty red and so was his ear.told him he will get results within 2-5 days in the mean time they only sent him ibuprofen. Clearly, if there’s a fever along with a sore throat and earache, there’s an infection somewhere. Then to get the results you are on the phone with someone who knows in Indonesia reading you the results, the office sends you to a call center where they continue to place you on hold. If it was not because we went to a different Dr, my husband could’ve been very bad with his infection. Save your Money.. Place is TRASH and the lady Dr he saw was also Trash along with their customer service.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Walk in… zero people in the waiting room. ZERO! Not seen until 2 1/2 hours later. Ridiculous! Go anywhere but this CityMD

This is the 2nd time we go to this dumpster only to be charged $275 per visit to get flu and strep tests for flu and cough symptoms and get discharged without any medication only to be asked to come back few days later so they can charge us even more. The physicians, or let’s be honest, the physician assistants they mascaraed as doctors probably got their medical degree from a zoo. It’s an insurance scam shop, only there to defraud the insurance or the patient with high deductibles. Don’t go there if you want to be treated with humanity or want to get better.

The Forest Ave and Richmond Ave location are amazing. The staff is always pleasant, wait times are low and the providers are professional. I was very ill walking in this week and everyone was kind and supportive. Thank you and happy holidays!

When I went on November 19th for concerns of covid, because I haven't being feeling well, and I am still not, I requested a PCR in addition to rapid and was told they weren't going to give me one. I was surprised but felt maybe they changed their policy. They did however give me a covid rapid, rapid strep, and a 48 hour strep. Not sure why I wasn't offered PCR. My friends both told me that when they took a covid rapid, it came out negative, but when they were also given a PCR, it came out positive, so I called the manager and asked him if the policy had changed and he mentioned that it wasn't and that he couldn't understand why I would be turned down for a PCR. . He mentioned that I can go back and explain that I spoke with him and go back for it which I did. The staff understood and were extremely nice. They didn't ask me for a copay this time, and were courteous, polite, and professional. The PA that came in, honored my request, was very caring, and genuine, and examined me. She also gave me great advice which I appreciated, and followed.

This place is ridiculous. I went to get a pcr done and stayed for more than 1 hour and Noone came up to do it. They put me in a room after 1 hour and kept me inside for another 20mins inside and no one came in. It was a small test to be done and there was no one in the line too. They was just staying in phones and no one was bothered to check. Really disappointed. It’s disgusting. Don’t ever go to this place.
