This rating is purely based on service provided to me on June 11 th by a female staff at the store. Around 4 pm I had reached the store for a reload. While two clients were there this female staff refused to even say " please wait". The client had them notified her there is a customer but then she lifted her head up looked and then didn't say nothing. I waited for about 30 mins and then clients left. She then called. Very hesitantly said " sorry". As it was her store. Being a loyal customer for cricket this was the poorest ever service.i had received based on courtesy, time, common sense and manners. I will never rate this store even one when this lunatic female is there.

I can't believe this cricket store uses "Bait and Switch" to drive up sales.The Hispanic female sales clerk was unethical.Price around with other cell companies, they will (lightly) be up 'front' with their pricing.front with their pricingbe a little more upfront
