Protect your peace of mind by sending prescriptions somewhere else. Their pharmacy is a total mess and unreachable by phone. You'll be tearing your hair out talking to a customer service robot.

2465 Richmond Ave cvs is very bad people who work drive thru specially Ali and pharmacist Lana they treat patients unprofessional, rude, nasty attitude, every time they don’t have medication in stock. I am changing my pharmacy can’t deal anymore. Never recommend to anyone.

Every time you pick up medicine, the prices changes. If you dispute it, they will simply advise that this is the actual cost. Speak to a new person and that person will tell you the previous person made a mistake and adjust the cost. I have no idea what they are doing but they will only continue to lose business with their shenanigans.

CVS ALWAYS GIVES ME A PROBLEM WITH PICKING UP MEDICATION AND IF NOT THAT THAN THEY OVER CHARGE. I HATE THIS PHARMACY.
