CVS has always been my go-to pharmacy. The past few years, it’s hit or miss. Today’s experience was terrible. Lots of overpriced items(As with many retailers now, prices are 1st jacked up and put on sale), Low stock on basic items (pain relievers, nuts, and baby necessities) , and horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Most of the managers, pharmacists, and pharm techs are generally good here, but the cashier I had today needs to go back to training or be relieved of her job. Very rude from start to finish with me and the 2 customers before me. I couldn’t tell about customers after because she insisted on not finishing my order and leaving for lunch. Was she that starving, or was it a bad day for her, I don’t know, I hope that it was an isolated day, but today CVS lost me as a customer for the time being.

Pharmacy is rude, disrespectful and fails to adequately address needs of customers and patients. Constant issues with orders, workers have a basic lack of empathy and fail to complete requests on a timely basis. Would not recommend

My daughter went in to buy Mucinex (not the D, which requires photo ID). Cashier insisted on seeing ID. Daughter goes to car to get ID and cashier refuses to sell it to her because she is not 21 until October.Buying regular Mucinex does NOT require ID. Cashiers should be educated about what is required to purchase OTC medicine that it NOT locked up behind the counter.

They never called my son's Dr to get authorization for a nebulizer and gave my family the worst customer service I've ever seen, I would think twice before using the pharmacy there

Worst customer service ever came in to buy essentia 6 pack,it was on sale 2/7 it took 2 workers (African American female and Indian female)15 min to figure the sale price meanwhile there was sticker on the Shelf.when I asked them to hurry up to ring me out because I'm in hurry.they gave the worst Altitude and asked me to leave the store because no one is going to help me.unprofessional staff.me and my family shop a lot there,but this will be the last after this instant.owners should watch they's workers that ruins their business

I came to this CVS for both of my COVID vaccine doses, and everything went really smoothly. I was really impressed with how easy CVS made the vaccine process once you were able to get an appointment. (Searching for a spot on their site was the most frustrating part of the whole thing.) All the paperwork was done in advance online, so nothing had to be filled out there. Appointments ran on time, shots were given quickly, and there were people around to check on you until your timer went off. Even though the store wasn't huge, the waiting area was set up in a way that didn't feel like you were too close to anyone else, and there was plenty of parking. Very satisfied with my experience!

Dirty parking lot. Gaint pothole in parking lot . To much litter in parking lot . No parking lot lines . Need left turn signal into parking lot .

Constantly does not have a certain medication in stock. Can't get straight answers why a script can't be refilled. They gave me the wrong dosage of a medication.

CVS Pharmacy is fast and efficient. The people who work there are really nice and will answer any questions about medications.
