Hate this store. One the people are so rude every single time you go there except for one lady. I asked the guy Chris to help me out with something and gave me attitude off the rip . I was doing a lot of things and in a hurry when I went to the register he was rude and said are you going to take all the e stuff out of your bag that you stole. Which I never stole anything . I had one of the same products that I got from Sally's to see if they had the same brand but in a conditioner form . So then I decided not to buy anything from the store because i will not give money to a business that accuses of me stealing . And to you Chris, if your not happy with your job and don't want to deal with customer service find a job that you don't have to . I know it must suck working at cvs in your mid 30's . Get yourself a life and before accusing someone asked first because I didn't even hesitate to show you my bag. Disgusting to have employees like that. Will never in my life go there ever again .

I don't like that they let people inside that store just to hangout who have no business there. There is this guy with dreads that hangs out in there stinking of weed and harassing the customers by looking and laughing at them when they are trying to shop. The guy looks too well dress to be homeless and he always has earphones on connected to his phone. If you say something to him he becomes a smart ass and if he ever winds up pushing someone the wrong way then that poor customer will be in trouble. Customers should not be subjected to this

Spoke with the pharmacist there Dana horrible and nasty. Spoke with a female technician there horrible and nasty. They speak to everyone like they are d*** and incompetent. First I was told by the technician I don't know what happened to your refill. Then she said the prescription was expired. Then I had to speak to the pharmacist who finally explained the prescription only had pills for half the month so it automatically went to call the MD for refills. I put my 3 perscritptions to fill 4 days ago. You would think someone would notify me the prescription was not filled. They gave me a severe attitude at 8:30am. If your having a bad day at 8:30am then you should find a new profession. I worked at CVS as a technician for 12 years and never treated people like they do.

They give my father an antibiotic he is allergic to, and offer delivery service, and even tbougjh its across the street, my dad is ill and has difficulty walking, but it took over 5 hours for them to deliver it My dad has a new medicine ready this morning since he couldnt take the one he is allergic to,which CVS asked him to return, and he needs to start it now CVS said as a favor to me they will deluver it when tbey close tonight after 9pm. No wonder CVS just lost their contract with Tricare. Thanks for taking care of tbe Veterans CVS. Im calling corporate to complain as well.
