My shopping experience at this CVS was exceptonal. Both employees who helped me were friendly snd hard working. Also, I was able to use a 30% digital coupon from the CVS app on the guacomole salsa I purchased.

Cvs has gotten so bad they didn't give me the correct amount of medication so check your scripts..and they never answer the phone EVER I can't always drive there I work 18 hrs days and its just to ask a question so I have to wait till I finish work day or wait for a day off to go there in person.and when the doctor sends in a script they never get it..and then the line is so long..both outside and in what happen to this place...it sucks!!

Worst pharmacy ever. Its easier to get hold of the white house than reaching this pharmacy over the phone.The pharmacy staff are unprofessional . Had a couple of interactions with them and they are always so rude. From my perspective I felt like they were racist and thats why spoke to me in such a trashy tone.They dont follow CVS policy they follow their own rules and talk to costumers in a super aggressive tone.

Unable to speak with pharmacist. goes straight to voice mail after waiting on hold 20 minutes. My question was relating to one of the medications. called headquarters. useless. won’t use CVS anymore

Time to fix the speaker at the drive through. Also time to get the window at drive through to open. Time to speak to an associate instead of a glass window. Keep complaining and NOTHING GETS DONE. One more thing, time to get the parking lot (BAHA ROADS) fixed.

Tall gentleman with glasses, i think his name was michal or michael, completely ruined my CVS experience. Ive been a patron with this place for years and never have I came across an individual who is so persistent with the receipt. After declining the receipt multiple times mr.michael still insisted on handing me my receipt! Absolutely ridiculous! Additionally, while waiting for my prescription (which was delayed about 30 minutes) the same gentleman proceeded to dance and sing along to sickly mode by drake. While his dance moves were tolerable, it should wait after customers have been taken care of. Safe to say ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely DISGUSTING handling of customers! I arrive for my vaccine and I see 3 technicians all on their phones behind the counter, all while there is a line outside the drive through window. Ignored me and finally show up to check me in for my vaccine. I asked that the pharmacist shows me the vial before administering it to me. The tech speaks to the pharmacy behind the wall, but unfortunately for them, I can see then laughing and talking about me (I have excellent hearing and heard every word!). I canceled my appointment and go to speak to the supervisor, whom informs me that there is nothing she can do now and she will speak to the manager. The absolute WORST CVS!

The staff helped me out when I paid from the vending machine to buy my stuff in case when I’m in trouble. After that it was successful purchase from the self check out.

I bought something from there for regular price n the very next day it was on sale for buy one n get one free I told him I wanted the free one bc it was the next day n he wouldn't change it for me so I called the main store n they said they would get back to me but they never even called me back.

The staff is very friendly and helpful . I sometimes have a difficult time finding what I want as there are instances when the shelves are bare of many items.

If you want to go to the worst and slowest CVS on Staten Island you’ve landed at the correct one. Every. Single. Time. I have the misfortune of using this CVS it takes at least 15 minutes per car on the pharmacy drive through. Today they let someone walk up to the window, much to the annoyance of everyone who was waiting in line in their vehicle (as they should be). Staff is never friendly or happy to see anyone. Management is laughable. Training for all employees at this CVS would be appreciated by all of great kills. My recommendation is pick any other pharmacy before you end up here all day.
