Very bad experience. Cashier up front with blonde hair and glasses was very nasty. No one looked like they knew what they were doing either.

I've had enough of CVS. They seem to have no meds in stock! For the umpteenth time, I am waiting for a week for medication and they keep texting, "we'll let you know when it's in stock". Time for me to return to the small pharmacies that take care of their customers.

I’m in the process of removing all my prescriptions from CVS. You can no longer call and speak to someone in the pharmacy. They now only have a voicemail option to call you back! No good! So after ER visit and get sent home with 2 prescriptions forwarded to CVS…I get 2 texts from CVS one medication isn’t covered contact them for pricing and one isn’t in stock….I call , learn about the new policy and it annoying….So ok now I want to transfer the prescriptions to a pharmacy that has both prescriptions and I can’t speak to anyone about that or the pricing!

Worst pharmacy with prescriptions keeps renewing old ones I no longer take and they're fully aware of this pickup line is unbelievable long because of the time they close for and hour a day it's like i am on line to buy tickets to a major rock show I am going to order my prescriptions online from Amazon and have them sent to the house its $43 cheaper from Amazon then cvs pharmacy 😡

The Casher told me I had to show photo I.D for over the counter mucnix. Since when do you have to show I.D for over the counter cold medication. That was unnecessary and they won't get my money cause they just making up rules

Pleasantly surprised the vitamins I bought were buy one, get one free. This was unfortunately not advertised in the aisle. Overall, I usually have a satisfactory experience at CVS as the coupons make a difference. The cashiers at the Hylan Plaza store are always polite. The pharmacy staff is helpful as well.
