The person was servicing 3 people in a line, and i asked if she can call someone for coverage, so i can retrieve my package ? She looked at me said ok, never did and proceeded to address every last customer in line. Poor customer service and awareness. I really did not appreciate it !

Terrible service, tried to get shingles vaccine with my husband. They made it so difficult. Would never go back.

There needs to be a security guard at this location! There is a person who is always harassing people who seems mentally disturbed and does not buy anything, just sits near the pharmacy or wanders around and harasses people.

CVS was bad enough, but nothing as bad at this store.
The worst pharmacist I ever encountered.
Incompetent, rude, errors a child can do without error.
The pharmacist, I think his name was Sened or Senad…atrocious behavior. Explosive anger for whatever is going on in his life.
No wonder CVS is doing so bad and people are moving on to better online service.
I wouldn’t go back to store for any medications and embarrassing staff.

A very, very poorly run pharmacy. Lines are always backed up (because they refuse to open more than one window)... orders are consistently lost or messed up... and the staff seems annoyed by the customers' presence.

Line at the pharmacy is always ridiculously long, there is only one cashier and their excuse is always that they’re short staffed. Waiting 20 min online to pick up a prescription is absurd.

Hate this store. One the people are so rude every single time you go there except for one lady. I asked the guy Chris to help me out with something and gave me attitude off the rip . I was doing a lot of things and in a hurry when I went to the register he was rude and said are you going to take all the e stuff out of your bag that you stole. Which I never stole anything . I had one of the same products that I got from Sally's to see if they had the same brand but in a conditioner form . So then I decided not to buy anything from the store because i will not give money to a business that accuses of me stealing . And to you Chris, if your not happy with your job and don't want to deal with customer service find a job that you don't have to . I know it must suck working at cvs in your mid 30's . Get yourself a life and before accusing someone asked first because I didn't even hesitate to show you my bag. Disgusting to have employees like that. Will never in my life go there ever again .

There's been a staff shortage here for years and most of the staff that are here have a bad attitude. Depending on the day you'll have to wait on a long line to purchase your items because they'll have only 1 register open.

pharmacist Senad is very friendly and helpful. I met him today. The other Walgreens pharmacist across the street is very arrogant and jaded, full of himself. Senad is friendly guy and very nice person. I will be back

We had a bad experience yesterday with a pharmacist named Sinod (not sure of spelling) after just recently starting to use this pharmacy. Our prescription was not ready (and nobody called to tell us in advance) when we arrived and he blamed two things for "flagging" the prescription: 1. the prescribing doctor's office and 2. the system. We obtained the missing information to clear the prescription to be filled but then he did not have enough meds to fill the prescription (which I think someone should also have let us know in advance). As a "favor" he claimed he called the Arthur Kill Road location to confirm they had it on hand and sent us there. Upon arrival, they were clueless and figured out that Sinod had, in fact, sent us to them but sent the prescription to Old Town Road. The pharmacist at Arthur Kill Road was nice enough to get into the system, confirm it was waiting at Old Town Road, cancel that prescription, and then fill it for us at her location while we waited. We're not sure if Sinod was just having a bad day or if this is what to expect at Manor Road, but we'll give him another chance before switching to the Walgreens up the block. 4 Stars for now.

Always a long line at the pharmacy and 1 register. They don’t open a second register even when more than 4 people online
