After shopping for a half hour, I try to check out at a self check register, which I never do. And of course, I needed help, that’s why I don’t use self check out. The girl could not get my CVS coupons to register in the machine. She proceeded to call someone over, he mumbled something and said I needed a manager, who by the way was on lunch. The girl asked me to wait around for the manager to get back from lunch! Are you kidding me? I left All my stuff at the register, walked out. Never in my life have I had such bad service. All these brick-and-mortar stores are horrendous!

My experience is always terrible in any CVS. The idea that everything, including Makeup remover pads is locked up. So annoying and overwork for the employees. The machines NEVER WORK RIGHT!!! I can't remember the last time I tried to use one of these and didn't need to get assistance. What is the point if the employee is still needed? Hire a few more people and let them run the cash registers. Walgreens is looking better and better.

The WORST!!! I went in for body wash and other items all behind locked doors. Just to have an associate stand behind me as I tried to shop. I gave up tired to check out the items that I had and then the register keeps saying please remove the items not paid for from check out area. Then the associate comes over counts my items and lo and behold I had the same amount of items scanned. At this point, I just said ENOUGH! and I walked out!!! I will NEVER shop at CVS again!!’

This pharmacy has bad employee I asked them I want to bring the photo. I stay in the line and they said you have to go there. I stay in the line. They said they have to go. There is self surface. I told them I can’t use it. Can you show me or not? Can you help they say sorry we can’t help, I say like an hour and finally my pictures

This pharmacy has messed up enough times to make me take the time out of my day to leave a bad review! They are understaffed and make errors all the time. They are overworked and unhappy! No compassion towards their patients, arrogant at times and without any training in customer service! If there is an issue it's never their fault and blames the customer or the doctor who sends the prescription.
Here is a list of issues I've experienced as this was the pharmacy used for my whole family's prescriptions (mom, dad, grandma, husband, kids, myself!). I am currently working with all the doctors to switching the prescription to another pharmacy.
1. Filled a prescription for 3 months and we received only 2 months worth of prescriptions. This has happened more than a handful of times over the last few years!
2. Given the wrong medication
3. Send text msg that the prescription was filled and being told at the store that it's not ready and they didn't text (when I show the text they still deny it with ridiculous excuses)
4. Most recently, telling me they never received the prescription from my doctor (when the doctor called in the prescription in front of me). I requested the doctor to send it again and they said they still didn't receive it. After 3 days of back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctor (for a medication that needed to be taken immediately for an inflammatory condition) we asked the doctor to send it to a different pharmacy, and that pharmacy received it right away and I was able to fill the prescription!
They refused to work with me to find a solution. At most, checked their voicemail for an order after I went back to them a fourth time. And then tells me, "99% of the time the doctors don't know how to send prescriptions".
Every time I go here I spend at least 30mins waiting around. As a full-time working mom with 2 little kids at home, 30 mins of my day is very prescious to me and should not be spent in line at a pharmacy. I am taking my business elsewhere and you should too if you value your time.
I've had positive interactions with ppl here but the main reason I go here is to fill my prescriptions and if the pharmacy is so understaffed that they can't do their job right, then all the other fluff doesn't really matter to me.

I wish I could rate it no stars The store is never stocked and the workers don’t know anything about anything. Went in for the coffee they had on sale and was told we couldn’t get a rain check if the item wasn’t in the flyer. Clearly the item is in the flyer. I called the store and asked for the manger who told me she doesn’t even know whats in the flyer. Im done with this store

The worst customer service. The employees never know anything. At the pharmacy they treat you as if you are asking for free. They never call you and when you go to ask, the medicine is ready and apart from that they take forever to give it to you. I don't know why they have the online ordering and pick up service because they always cancel some items. But when you go to pick up the items, surprise, you can find all cancelled items but they didn't look for it properly and it's easier to cancel. And if you ask about the difference in the refund, call a customer service number that they never answer. 🤬

I don't really write one star reviews but this has happened way too many times. They send me ready for pickup notifications and nothing is ready. Than they got you waiting another 30mins just to get the medication ready. If you want to waste your time go to this CVS. Another question, higher different staff for register. The young guy clearly hates his job, kid is a slow worker. The guy in the red shirt at the register should be getting paid more for his hard work.
