I normally don't to other CVS store outside of my 2 favorite stores. But this time this store 2045 Forest Ave was the only one to have CVS AA batteries in stock. I ordered pick up since I was going to the gym near there. The moment I got there the cashier had new rules for pick up, strike 1 then I had a return. I informed her I turn to CVS corporate already about procedure in returns without a receipt or email. I asked for manager who was next register. Cashier asked for ID and I gave her my NYC ID. She refused my legit ID and wanted a NYS ID. I informed her NYC ID is a legit ID and refused it. She embarrassment me with customers and her Manager present. I gave a different ID to get out fast. Cashier did not thank me or say anything after I thanked her. Unprofessional and non-compassionate staff at this CVS. Walgreens always has pleasant staff at all there stores

The pharmacy is very dirty, where the phots are taken, the floor, the entrance, the shelves ☹️💔,at times when I go there,if I see a broom I would just sweet and dust.

Avoid this pharmacy. Very incompetent pharmacist, they gave the wrong medication and kept assuring me is right. I had to call my doctor office who also confirmed evrething was right and it was their mistake. I had to transfer my prescription somewhere else where they provided me with the correct stuff. Long wait for nothing and rude pharmacist.

I would rate this establishment zero stars if I could. The service was incredibly careless and inattentive to detail; they seemed unable to accurately read labels. Although my medications were marked as "ready" in the app, only one was provided initially, with the other still supposedly "in process." After an hour's wait, I finally received the second medication, only to discover upon returning home that it was incorrect and incomplete. This experience was extremely frustrating and time-consuming, requiring two separate trips and extensive wait times, only to receive the wrong items. I strongly advise against using this pharmacy, as their apparent prioritization of cost-cutting over customer care is unacceptable.

No star is deserved at this pharmacy. Staff are rude and careless. Came in to pick up medication was told they could not give me the meds because they were all going on lunch at the same time that I should come back in an hour and when I did, they then told me they did not have the medication in stock. I should then come back in two days when they might get it. This place is disgraceful. On top of it it’s unkept and dirty.

Unfortunately I can 't leave it without stars , very heavy service in the pharmacy area , the people who attend in information are always in bad face , there is no service in Spanish and they try as they want even ignore you , really .

This CVS location has really deteriorated over the years. Store seems very neglected as far as up keep. Stock wise everything seems up to par, and easy to find. This location will require you to have an associate open the locks for simple items like frozen foods and ice cream. They always seem to be under staffed as it usually takes quite a while for an attendant to assist you with something that’s locked up. While we really can’t fault them for taking preventative measures, they can make up for it with adequate staff. The uncarpeted area of the floors needs desperate attention. The only part of my recent experience at this location was the cashier. Her name is Bernadine and she was extremely pleasant. Very patient and helpful and took her time to make sure I applied all of the correct coupons to my order. Without her, this experience would have been a 1.5 Star review
