The pharmacists are great. Knowledgeable and compassionate. Persistently assisted me with resolving an issue with my son’s insurance.

I had today a vaccine and it was super easy, the dr Christine was polite and well informed. She had the lightest hand for vaccine.

Horrible pharmacy. I wish I can select a less than one star.
Do not go there. Staff is extremely rude.
Gave us lavelbutrol expiring in two months. We normally have it for a year expiry date so we can give it our children whenever needed.
Staff was extremely rude when we returned unopened without using it. Gave us CVS gift card instead returning credit to our card.
Avoid this horrible place.

It's a cvs , but this pharmacy is beyond the ability to be controlled. The lines are long and frustrating. They never reach out to the Dr even tho they say they do.
The app for pharmacy is a lie and tell you to use it but the problems we call for can't be fixed on it. They aren't prepared for the area/amount of people who come.

I normally have good experiences at this pharmacy. This time I came across a very rude pharmacy technician (the Hispanic girl with black hair the scar on her nose). The pharmacy was busy but that is not excuse for being rude to customers. She told me to go a different counter (didn't specify which one) and then started yelling at me for going to the wrong counter. I'm a prescribing clinician that works with patients myself and I have never yelled at any of my patients regardless of how busy the practice is. They need to better train their pharmacy technicians on providing adequate customer service

The Manager just does not care. I came out of surgery and because of the cvs I normally out to did not have the drug it was transferred to this one. The manager would not give me the drug without speaking to the doctor. I was in incredible pain because of it. She did not care. Worst she implies things like I was trying to scam drugs because I live in Florida and came up to New York to get my surgery and medicines . Worst is CVS does not care look at the other complaints . Just terrible people terrible service

I would rather be Tom Hanks in the movie castaway, after hacking my molar out with the bottom of an ice skate, and have to try and concoct an antibiotic from tree bark and soil, than ever step foot in this building to pick up a prescription ever again.

Worst customer service of any CVS out there. Countless experiences personally and witness to unhelpful and unprofessional behavior by staff. Save yourself the frustration and stress and go elsewhere.

I recently visited this CVS location and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I work as a instacart shopper, and I went to the store to pick up a medication for one of our customers. I pressed the button for an assistant to have one of the clerk to opening the medication case. However, the clerk's who showed up to help me was far from helpful; she was rude and uncooperative. When I asked her to open the case, she gave me an attitude and demanded to know which medicine I needed before she would even consider helping. After she reluctantly opened the case, I politely asked if I could scan the medication, but she snatched it away from me, treating me as if I were attempting to steal it.This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional. As someone working in the healthcare industry, I believe in the importance of respectful and courteous customer service. Unfortunately, this was not my experience at this CVS store. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and provides proper training to their staff, emphasizing the significance of treating customers and fellow professionals with respect and kindness.
