I planned to buy some shoes but it turns out I am in the wrong social group and 20% extra discount wont apply to my purchase like it does to teachers and students. What is wrong with these people, why they always have to discriminate against someone?

The salespersons at the counter comment and talk about their customers in their earpieces with each other. Thinking they are slick and that we as customers won’t notice it when they are being snarky and smirky. Huge ick!

Large selection of shoes. Good sales. Place is clean and organized. I've never been there when its crowded. Floor help can be hard to find. Good return policy.

Not a large selection of footwear, and I felt it was understaffed. No help to be found, and I had to wait online to return unwanted sneakers. There was no expedited return line. This store is the only one on the island. I feel it is not the worst and can improve if they tried. I go there a lot but have a hard time finding things that peak my interest. This time I visited this store to return the item.
