Complaint about DunkinGood afternoonI am writing this email because I am very upset at what occurred on this day 04/06/2024 at a Dunkin location 2222 Forest ave Staten Island, NY, 10303.Around 3pm, my mother went into Dunkin to order coffee. The workers do not know customer service except a few and the manager on duty was very rude to my mother when she expressed that the worker did it wrong. She was specific on how she wanted her coffee and the workers there mixed two types of dairy instead of making a brand new one.They didn’t give my mother a refund for her coffee cause she walked out so upset with the manager and workers.Someone either needs to get fired or talked to because this always happened when we go in there. Is it disorganized and disrespectful.

This dunkin is very unorganized. I walked in for a hot coffee that took over 10 minutes to make. The staff clearly isn't trained on efficiency. I walked in and was the only person in line while others walked in behind me some to order others mobile. All had to wait. Lady behind me got her mixed drinks before I got my single hot coffee. Not worth coming here.

Went in for a dozen donuts and iced coffee. Attendant just wanted to give me any 12 donuts. I asked her can't I choose what I want? She long rolled her eyes, looked at her coworker then let me choose. I mean really I was paying she wasn't treating me.

My recent visit to this Dunkin left me incredibly disappointed. The unprofessional behavior of the staff and manager overshadowed the entire experience.Despite only a few customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. The staff seemed more focused on talking and gossiping amongst themselves than attending to customers.When I politely pointed out the errors in my order, the staff seemed frustrated and made only minimal effort to correct them. Throughout my interaction, the staff displayed a complete lack of warmth and attentiveness. From curt responses to dismissive shrugs, their demeanour felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, he didn't seem concerned and offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation.

This place is shady. I ordered matcha a few times within a week span and noticed the differences in prices from $4.87 to $5.09. How could the price jump like that within two days? Something’s not right.

I’m going to be very straight up here, this is not the first time I’m receiving a burnt sandwich, and today I got 3 maple bacon. Sandwich and all of them a burnt. Couple weeks ago a girl forgot my hash brown and I waited to get her attention and when I finally did, she had an attitude for slammed the window at my face. I really hate this joint, won’t be going back but will definitely will putting a complaint to the chain headquarters.

Dunkin food is Dunkin food. Doesn’t change much regardless of which location you go to. This review really isn’t about the food but the service- which is subpar to say the least. The girl working the register, attitude, sucks. She’s rude. Handles cash and then proceeds to use her bare hand to grab donuts? Imagine what they do when no one is watching.Furthermore, I watched a mother come in with a child who was screaming to use the bathroom. The mother asks to use the bathroom and she says it’s for “employees only,” to which the toddler yells “pee” and the lady would not budge. She’d rather a kid no older then 3 years old urinate on themselves which is exactly what came afterwards. Imagine being scared to share your bathroom with a toddler?
