Cleaned my genesis very well no streaks price was very good for that much detailing. No swirls on ceramic coating

I did the most expensive service for $55, with a $5 tip, but the glass still had a lot of water marks and many places were not clean. Unless you watch them throughout the process, you won't know the difference between $25 and $55. Service needs to be improved

The owner was really nice and took my car. I explained everything I want to him. The next day when I came , the Spanish guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude and he called me ( you people) . He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The car was done properly and he called me dirty. I paid 150$ to get my car clean.

Not great. Have been looking in the island for Hand Car Wash locations. Was in the area so I gave them a try. Not only did the car come out with plenty of missed spots, but whatever they used to wash or dry the car with left fuzz all over the car. I will not be returning but I’m sure that’s not a concern. They have a prime location with lots of traffic so I’m sure they will still have plenty of business.

Will never go back there again. Waiting damn nearly 30 minutes to be told that the person behind me paid first, so now I have to wait makes no sense.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I have to say that it was a bad service. The workers are nice but did a real sloppy job with me car. Whatever rag they use, making the car smell like a wet dog and also whatever they used on my windshield and glass was oily and sticky. The interior was also left with the oily substance. I had finish cleaning when I got home and also my interior was very oily. Really not happy the way this turn out. Especially that fact I paid for the blue option which is the most expensive one. Also the carpet was still dirty and had crumbs on it. The only reason I don’t give it 1 star is because the staff is friendly. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

The guys at this car wash are very nice and clean well. They quickly fixed up a scratch on my side mirror free of charge! I will for sure be back in the future for more car washes.Thank you!
