Garbage told me I needed a light bill in my name when I don’t have one so can’t use my debt card to rent a car they couldn’t except something else to help me to rent a car another guy told me they excepted a phone bill no one wants to help with anything nowadays especially this car rental place thanks for nothing never use them again thanks for no help at all

Just rented a Toyota Rav a month and 1/2 ago for $300, today they want $450 for that same vehicle. Seriously beat it. What joke!

I returned the car first thing in am and I got charged for the full day anyway , when I called general customer service told me is except to the location where I rent to honor the day . When I called them they were rude and flat out say no I needed to pay for the day. , they should told me I would returned the car by the end of the day . Amboy road location sucks I never again use them .

This is a pretty good spot with fast service.

Anthony at Enterprise on Amboy Rd. helped me with my rental. I was given an upgrade because they didn’t have the car I booked. It was a nice ride but had less fuel efficiency, which was not what I wanted. The price was right and Anthony’s team was very respectful throughout the whole rental process. They even hung onto a bunch of clothes I accidentally left in the car’s backseat when I returned it and was able to pick them up the next morning. Most businesses would probably have dumped them and not been so considerate. I will gladly rent from them again.

They have great customer service inside the business smells phenomenal and the cars were very clean and smell great inside there was another location which I picked up my car from and I can't say the same for that place they need their manager to go to that location and fix it
