The staff was super friendly and efficient at 263 Bay Street, Staten Island, NY. The car was in great condition and drove smoothly. I don't have an EZ pass but the tolls were all taken care of electronically so I could just roll through the tolls. So easy. This location is open on Saturday from 9am-1pm.
